Fantastic! I always get great professional help here and the folks at the counter are always very nice. They always give me the right parts and information I need the first time.

Have called them 5 times in last hour and not only do they not answer the phone, they have no voice mail or auto attendant. They may be closed since it is good Friday. But, no answering system?! Do I really want to do business with a company that doesn't even have and answering machine? (Frustrated!)
Just now called Ferguson's and got exactly what I needed ($197) in less than 5 minutes.

I searched for weeks for an obscure part I couldn't find anywhere in the bi-city area. I stopped by West Georgia Plumbing and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, they sold it to me for what I thought was a ridiculously low price. It's a smile and handshake type place... a refreshing change of pace from the usual mega-stores in town. I got my business done in less than 2 minutes!
