I want to offer a sincere apology to PDI. As an old southern man and a military veteran, sometimes my words come out a little stronger than I mean. Crystal, the manager, reached out to me personally, and that meant a lot. With a little help from my grandkids, I’m updating this review — and I truly appreciate the young men who treated me with kindness and respect. Thank y’all for making things right.

Came in last week looking for help. The two young guys were solid—friendly, knew what they were doing. But the older guy? Rude, disrespectful, acted like I didn’t matter.

I even told management what happened, hoping for an apology or acknowledgment. Nothing. Guess customer care doesn’t matter. PDI, don’t worry about my business anymore.

Im a local plumber and i am in and out of PDI everyday. They seem to always have what I need are very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing. Its the only place I will ever buy a tankless or regular hot water heater from. They are fair priced and their service is great. I highly recommend PDI for anyone with any type of plumbing need.

Wouldn't even give them one star. The creeps that showed up at my house cursed at me when I asked them to remove their muddy boots, and were very aggressive to the point of scaring me. I regret ever letting them in my home. Do not use this plumber. Shady doesn't even begin to describe.

The receptionist is rude. The "plumbers" think it's ok to ransack a house that people are moving out of and take what they want! Oh and the cherry on this mud cake is the management fully backs the thieving lowlifes they employ. They even had the nerve the rifle through my panties and take their favorite pairs as a souvenir! Wouldn't send these guys to my worst enemy's house!

Please make sure you get a correct quote. The receptionist gave me an hourly fee of $95 and estimated that my work would likely not take an hour (because it was a small job). The owner (Mr. Adams) ended up charging $52 more. When I questioned him about this extra charge, he was a bit rude and showed little to no customer courtesy (as most business owners would do). Not happy with this company at all.

Had a project at the Amos cancer center and they went above and beyond as far as tracking down and ordering new fittings for the water lines on the hospital's new Tru-Beam liniac accelerator. Kept in touch with us through out the week while waiting for the parts and made multiple site visits as well.
They showed up, put everything together and were in and out in a flash!
Very courteous, prompt and attention to detail, from the start.
A "small" job to some, but without their timeliness would hold up a much larger project!

Mixed view... The customer service rep lied to me about when the crew would show up then tried to back peddle out of it after I called her on it and said it'd be another 3-5 days after waiting 4 days for a leaky toilet. The crew though was very professional and polite. In and out in under ten minutes.

The frustration wasn't worth it.

I scheduled an appointment for a water heater repair, because my warranty company told me they work with Adams Plumbing a lot. Okay, so I thought that meant we would have a good experience. My husband scheduled the appointment for about 12:00pm on Wednesday (11/25/20) , we were told we would get a call when the technician was 30 minutes out, to make sure someone would be there. My husband and I both work so I arranged for someone to be at my house about this time. I get a call at 8:45am that someone will be at my house in 15 minutes. I told the representative that we had an appointment for 12:00 and no one was at home. She said they had a cancelation and wanted to head that way. I was able to get someone to come to the house. I'm not sure what the technician said since I wasn't home, but I tried to call the office at lunch to see what the outcome was. The person who was at my house said that the technician would contact Rheem. We weren't given a time frame on how long this would be. I called about 12:20pm to speak to someone about the status, the representative said she didn't have any information, but would have the plumber call me. I called back to the office at 3:50, because I still haven't heard anything and Thanksgiving is tomorrow. The representative said the plumbers were all gone for the holiday. Like what?! How can you leave someone with out a water heater over the Thanksgiving holiday.... especially without a call back!? I am just baffled that this would happen over the holiday. If I knew I would have gotten this service I would have reached out to another company. Very disappointed with this outcome. Usually I wouldn't be this upset, but the fact the representative said all the technicians were gone for the holiday, and no call was returned was really upsetting.

We love Adam’s Plumbing. They called and said they were on their way 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, tech showed up and worked quickly and efficiently to replace our toilet and fix our faucet. My mother and father in law used them for years before us and always received excellent service.

Blake was very friendly and made the nessasary repairs and was careful to clean up afterwards. Thank you!

Mr. Adams and his crew came out earlier, replaced the water heater quickly. This is the second time we have used this company and plan to in the future for the plumbing work for a bathroom renovation. Highly recommend.
