The SERVPRO of Columbus team did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in our elderly neighbor’s home. Her carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years and were in such poor condition that she always felt too embarrassed to invite us inside. When she returned home from an extended hospital stay, we were absolutely amazed by the transformation—the carpets looked and smelled incredible! It truly felt like stepping into a whole new home. After losing over 2 months’ time waiting on another assigned contractor to rebuild and have them back out of the job at the last minute, I was glad to just have someone come in and complete the long overdue job. I was more than pleased with the professional job completed by ServPro. My experience with all involved with the process of restoring our house was more than I ever expected. The workers were knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. The walls, ceilings, floors, everything beautifully restored this 60 plus year old family home. Water damage. Expertly cleaned up the water, dried the floors. Furniture moved out of the way and protected with plastic sheets protecting them from dust rising from flooring removal.

Discovered a leak and substantial amount of water early one Saturday morning. I called Servepro. Within a half hour the tech (Amarie ) called me back, Amarie let me know he was on his way and arrived within an hour. He worked for the next ten hours, pausing only to advise me on contacting my home insurance company and what information I needed to share with them. I think he put in a 14-hour day that Saturday. He was back early Sunday testing, and working to correct water incursion I could not see.
Since Servepro does so many jobs like this, Amarie also let my insurance adjuster know things it might have taken hours for the adjuster to find.
For days, the fans and dehumidifiers were running. I had assistance from other Servepro techs who also demonstrates the work ethic and knowledge Amarie showed. And he set a very high bar.

The (restoration) work isn’t done. But I am sure they will meet or exceed expectations following the example already set.

SERVPRO is an outstanding company and I would recommend them to everyone who has an issue with flooding and mold in their houses even if they don’t have flooding or mold issues I would still recommend them in case of future unforeseen circumstances. JOSHUA, LOGAN, DEE, and CHRISTIAN were very professional and reassured me that they would take care of me and that I had nothing to worry about. They comfort me in my time of stress! They treated me like family and showed high concern for my well-being. They treated me like family and made me very comfortable even when they were working. Thank you SERVPRO for having an outstanding team such as these guys!

Jason at Servpro was great! We needed immediate mitigation for a water claim and they arrived onsite within 30 minutes of my initial call. Jason took the time to make sure I understood each part of the process and they mitigated the loss in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The ServPro Techinician Janothan was very professional with the restoration of my mother's home after a water leak. He made sure that I understood everything that was taking place and kept me up to date each day of the process. The restoration took 3 days for the team to complete and Jonathan gave me an update on the progress each day. Once the work was complete, he made sure that we were satisfied.

Had some mold under the kitchen sink. We tried to work on it ourselves but ultimately needed some professionals to finish it up. For the price we paid, I wish there was more time and detail spent on the clean-up. When Jason came to pick up the equipment he did get under there and did some more, I appreciated that.
All in all I guess I expected a little more for the price we paid. I'm not sure what I expected, just more for the money.
The staff was very nice, prompt and courteous, I will not take that from them.

I had a large amount of dog hair caught in my air ducts, just making my house smell strongly of dogs. Jason and Amarie arrived within 24 hours of me calling and got right to work. They did an excellent job cleaning, and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned.

SERVPRO went above and beyond in restoring my home after it was vandalized while I was out of town. I was completely at the mercy of the company during the renovation process, and they delivered in every way. They fully renovated my cabinets, replaced all the tile in the kitchen, rebuilt the fireplace, repaired the internal walls, and even addressed the subflooring. The work was extensive, and they handled it all with incredible professionalism and timeliness.

The only delays I experienced were due to insurance—not SERVPRO. Preston Britt was my main point of contact, and he was phenomenal. He stayed in constant communication as each phase of the project was initiated and completed. His professionalism and calm demeanor helped me manage an incredibly stressful situation.

I highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone in need of restoration services. Their workmanship, communication, and care were exceptional from start to finish.
