Ashley & Amarie were our service workers from ServPro. They were very pleasant & professional. Ashley is very knowledgeable & thorough and did not mind answering questions or explaining anything. Her work was clean & intentional & I didn’t feel like she was blowing me off or doing the job for the sake of getting it done. If we ever needed work done again, I’d request her.

Hagan and his packers Melissa and Ayanna were great. Jonathan and his entire team were excellent. Jonathan did a good job keeping me in the loop
and came by my house every day to check the progress. Ashley at the Servpro Columbus Office helped me with any questions I had. The entire Servpro of Columbus team will be my first choice if I ever need their services again.

Ashley O from Servpro came out to do an evaluation of my water damage in my house. She was very professional and efficient doing her work. She also already had a plan going on how she would fix my issue which is great in my opinion. Joshua and Joseph did an outstanding job and explained all equipment use while left in my home. They explained the daily monitoring visits and what they look for. They were very helpful and friendly.

These folks were hired for us by our insurance company and I know why. Extremely prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. Preston Britt was the project manager for most of the work and I found his professionalism exemplary. From the start where the flooring was removed to the walk through and explanation of the 5 year warranty Preston did his job with professionalism and friendliness. I’d do business with them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Ashley and Josh did an amazing job when they arrived this morning do to our house flooding lastnight. They explain the entire the whole process to us due to the fact this was our first time experiencing this matter. These two workers does an awesome job for your company

From the beginning it was a wonderful experience Sam and Jeremy was great. The drying process was done, but when it came to the construction part, it was horrible. The young lady that handled the calls was not attentive. They sent ppl out to cut up some of the flooring to get to the damage part, after the machines were picked up, I never heard from anyone again. Was given several numbers for construction workers, I guess in their contract to finish flooring, calls were never returned. I called the young lady, that handle the calls, I needed to know what to do, I had a damaged floor with hot water heater on top of it, she was supposed to find out what was my next steps, and of course I had to call her back a couple of days later. Here it is a month later and I’m still with a damaged floor. Never a call, just an online survey. Very disappointed and would never refer this company. Took up all my tile in kitchen area, should have just cut the damage area, if job wasn’t going to be complete, in a timely matter.

I had an outstanding experience with Joshua and Courtnie. They are true professionals, polite, and absolute experts. I couldn't have asked for a better team to service my home!

We had a very bad leak in our kitchen the guys from SERVPRO ( Edwin, Butch, D, and Stephen) did a great job getting the process started. They kept us informed and explained the steps from start to finish. They were efficient and thorough.
