Do not pay for merry maids find another maid service. (Edit) I already called the "manager" and she was just making excuses and not trying to resolve the situation. I spent well over $900 for this service and we have to clean the house behind merry maids. If you value you money do not use this service i can provide more before and after pictures as well

I called on Friday to get a quote on services. I was informed by the representative that she would send me the quote via email and follow- up with me on Monday. I never received the email or follow-up call. The lack of follow through is unprofessional so I will be taking my business and referrals elsewhere.

would never recommend them. tell me who ever heard a manger offer there a employee a bike to get back and fourth for work because of there car situation. this is probably the most degrading term i heard then gonna laugh about it in my face. i have spoke to someone about this and did you know you can sue against stuff like this because that is not professional. I'm so sorry to all the customers that didn't know that this is going on. if it happened this one time it can happen again but I'm gonna go ahead and pursue with it and let them feel how i felt when it was said to me. goodluck.
