Brittany had done a great job at TPB downtown branch the last two weeks!

Bailey has been cleaning our house for a while and she does a great job. She's thorough and very pleasant while she works. Happy to be using Merry Maids!

Bailey assists with the professional cleaning of my facility and she always does great work. Bailey is always on time, does a very thorough cleaning and makes sure that all of our cleaning needs are met before she leaves for the day. Not only does Bailey provide great customer service, but she also has an amazing bubbly personality as well!

Fantastic experience!!!! Excellent customer service!! More specifically, Kathryn, the manager, was so fun & friendly to speak with! Plus, she made me feel special as a 1st time client AND it was a clean for my bday! Thank you for your kindness Kathryn! Adorable Chloe, was who came to clean and we LOVED HER!! She was prompt, diligent, fun, smiley, super detailed and so polite! She did such a GREAT job and we’re super appreciative! Our home is fresh and clean!

Hit or miss. I've used them twice and the 1st time was absolutely amazing. I hate i cant remeber her name. The 2nd cleaning as well as communication with the company is definitely below standard. With out going into full details the honest advice I can give to you, is give them a try and I hope u are assigned a cleaner who cares and pays attention to details. Good luck.

This is my first time using Merry Maids and they were awesome!! Karyn is the supervisor and she was great at explaining the different service they provided. The fact that there is no membership or cancelation fees sold me!! On top of that, she comes out on your first visit to make sure everything is going well with your cleaning. The young ladies Chloe and Bailey were awesome!! They were friendly and fast at getting things done!! They are a great duo!! I will have them back on a monthly basis!! I feel more relaxed and can let my hair down!! If you use this service, please request them. Thank you all!

Absolutely loved Brittany! Well, first off, we appreciate Kathryn who is the manager and coordinates all the cleanings for us. She sent us Brittany this time and we couldn’t be happier! Brittany was super sweet, kind and promptly on time. She cleaned thoroughly and smiled the entire time. No rush and did an excellent job! It was a pleasure meeting Brittany and we can’t wait to have her back!

Never ever use Merry Maids services; I just cancel my services with Merry Maids. More than once, Merry Maids came to our house, they did not mop the floors; imagine having sticky floors after cleaning! Worst of all, they said they guarantee their services.How can you guarantee professional services when the minimal requirements cannot be met? If this is the case, I guess anyone can provide "professional" cleaning services. In addition, they want to make a walk through after providing bad services. If I had the time to do that, I am pretty sure I would not be paying people to clean my house.
And again, run away from Merry Maids, Merry Maids is only after your money.

I have used their service twice and I would have to say I have been pleased. I like the consistency in the service and the regular schedule. Communication and response could improve but the service has been great. Brittany does a really good job. I’d recommend to be specific in what you need done and possibly a check list.

My house is spotless after the cleaning, a wonderful job. Ashley and Patty were very thorough and very nice. I very much like Merry Maids.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Felicia is hands down the BEST cleaning professional I have ever worked with. She doesn’t just clean—she transforms my home. Every time she leaves, my space feels like a breath of fresh air: sparkling, organized, and so inviting.

Sam is Awesome! Having my recurring service with Cardinal Cleaning has not only helped me keep my house clean, but makes my house feel more like a home. Sam does an awesome job every time she cleans my house.

Stacy and Nicole were very very professional, friendly and focused when they came to clean my home today. I was very surprised at their attention to details. Both workers did an extremely great job and I can’t wait for the next visit.

Cardinal Cleaning did an excellent job getting my in-laws home cleaned this week. We had a family emergency and needed to coordinate the logistics from out of state to have their home cleaned on a tight schedule. Rose was patient, professional, responsive and very helpful in getting things organized. She went above and beyond in helping us decide which cleaning we needed for the house. Their employee arrived on time, the cleaning was thorough and the results exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Cardinal Cleaning and will use them again in the future.

Awesome company to work with. Owners came out on the first visit to assess and price the job. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. My cleaner, Tiffany, is wonderful. She always does a good job and is flexible if I ask her to do something extra. She is very pleasant during her visits to my house and is always respectful of my property. Glad to have a company who stands behind their promise to do a good job. I’m told if ever something is not to my satisfaction, they will come back out at no charge to clean again.

Nicole was AMAZING! She was fast and efficient !! Having a new baby in our home, she really made sure she was very detailed with dusting all of the vents in our home and other hard to reach areas. I love when I feel like I’m on vacation in my own home
