We hired Cardinal Cleaning for a move-out clean, and they did an exceptional job and exceeded my expectations. This was a time-consuming job, and they were very professional and thorough. I’m very impressed with this company’s communication. They always kept me informed of their arrival time and provided updates throughout the cleaning process and even took the time to call me when there was a question. I've recommended this company to all my friends and family. They are top-notch, and their rates are very reasonable!

I had an awful experience with Cardinal Cleaning and would not recommend them to anyone. Initially, communication seemed clear, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. I was quoted one price for the deposit over the phone, but when I was charged, the amount was different. When I addressed this with Rose, she claimed she had stopped eating sugar and had been off, which led to her giving me the wrong price. I decided to move forward with the cleaning anyway, but I regret that decision.

This was a move-in cleaning, and while the house wasn’t extremely dirty, I was very specific about needing a thorough cleaning—especially for the kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, cabinets (inside and out), and floors. However, when I returned because I was told the cleaner was finishing up and ready for the walk through, I immediately noticed that the baseboards hadn’t been cleaned, the outside of the cabinets was still dirty, and the blinds and bathrooms weren’t properly detailed. The cleaner, Mackenzie, explained that they only dry wipe the inside of the cabinets, dust the baseboards (not wipe them), and that not all baseboards could be cleaned because they were wooden.. but all of my baseboard's are the same throughout the house. She also mentioned that they don’t use chemicals or wet wipes. She apologized for the miscommunication from the office, but frankly, who cleans the inside of cabinets and ignores the outside? And who only dry cleans everything?

Upon seeing what had been missed and hearing about their cleaning methods—using a dry cloth and minimal water—I immediately stopped the cleaner from finishing and called Rose. It was a complete waste of both my time and money. When I called Rose to express my dissatisfaction, she was rude, talked over me, and was incredibly unprofessional. She never apologized, offered a discount, or suggested sending someone else to redo the cleaning. Instead, she said the cleaner could stay, but the clock would still be running, and I’d be charged for the additional time. This made it clear that they don’t care about their customers or the service they provide.

After the cleaner left, I walked through the house and saw that very little had been done. The floors weren’t mopped, dust and cobwebs were still visible in places, the shower wasn’t cleaned, and even the backs of the toilets were ignored. This was a terrible experience, and I will never use Cardinal Cleaning again. They don’t provide proper cleaning, and I wouldn’t trust them to do the job correctly. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t understand how they have the reviews they do when they dry wipe everything—it’s just disgusting. They completely ruined my move-in experience. What was supposed to make my move easier ended up adding more time to my day, as I had to stop and clean the house myself.

In response to Rose, your response to my review is far from accurate. You claim to have offered to continue the cleaning at no cost, but that simply isn’t true. I even told you that if the job was done well, I’d consider using your services regularly, as I don’t have the time for deep cleaning every month anymore. If the service had been satisfactory, I would’ve given a positive review as I promised, and I would’ve continued to use your company.

I’m someone who values supporting businesses that treat their customers well and provide great service. You can check my reviews – I leave positive feedback for companies who deserve it. Unfortunately, you dropped the ball here. Your service was subpar, and instead of making things right, you did nothing to address the issue. Yes, you respond to calls and messages, which is why I chose you, but ultimately, you didn’t deliver the quality I expected. This review is to warn others about my experience.

The staff (Mackenzie, Melissa and Ashanti) who completed the deep cleaning of my family home was superb! From the time they stepped through the door, they were extremely friendly, humorous, professional and kind. It was as if we had previously met. They were very thorough and intentional with the cleaning services provided.
Additionally, Rose was very communicative and patient with me leading up to the booking and date of cleaning. They did an amazing job with the floors in the basement as I am a floor and bathroom type of person. I have encountered a few cleaners since relocating to the Conyers area and I believe Cardinal Cleaning is where the search ends. :)

Post Construction Cleaning - Jamie did very well. The company was communicative and honest and worked with me for reasonable pricing. Jamie was on time and cleaned throughly. Christina also was polite on the phone when i called to book.

These gentlemen came out and made 5 trees disappear. This wasn’t an easy task but these guys sure made it look easy. Very professional. Very courteous and respectful to our property the entire time they were knocking these trees out. Definitely calling them back when we are ready to take down these ones in the back of our house.
