We needed help with our parents home, elderly couple that can’t do much.

We googled home cleaning services, merry maids popped up several times so we went a head and called the Conyers Georgia location.

They ended up sending out an attractive young lady that was very convincing, telling me everything we wanted to hear and how they guarantee their services and they will come out until we are satisfied, wanting the 12 month contract signed!!

Well the first few visit went ok, BUT they send out their best employees for the first cleaning. Then they will send out their newer employees, new person each visit that isn’t trained very well.

they obviously do not retain their employees for very long because this went on and on, every week was a different employee. The girl that cleaned for us told us how terrible they are treated and she was going to quit the following week, When we called to ask what they can do to get the same cleaning girl MS. KIMBERLY BARTON was very rude. Acting like we were asking for too much from them, I will never call another Merry Maids ever again.

I have been using merry Maids for over 5 years now. I am a 100% disabled vetran and a widower. As a result a lot of the chores that go into keeping my apt up are hard for me to do. Merry Maids coming in once a week definitely goes a long way in helping me keep my apt up. The price is another reason besides taking care of the cleaning of my apt once a week merry Maids is very budget friendly.

Everything was fine with the cleanings until I told the manager My expenses had increased (I was having to help my extended family) due to their income loss/reduction. I Told her I could no longer afford the services. She told me she would bill me $250 cancellation fees because she gave me initial discounted rate. I asked her kindly if she could work with me on that amount and she went on and on about the company expenses.

Long story short she immediately charged my card $250. The cleaning done to our home was so so. My advice, find a company that has a heart for their customers and. Or just for their bank accounts.

I have had Merry Maids for quite a few years now and have always been pleased with the service. In the last year or so I have had the same person and I like that consistency especially since Michelle does such a great job for me and is very personable.

I'm so happy I chose Merry Maids. My home was it's beautiful self after a huge graduation party, thanks to Merry Maids. Ms. Hill worked from the time she got here until she was completely done. My home was nothing short of amazing!!! Thanks Merry Maids!!

I have had Merry Maids come to the house for over 10 years. The girls as always polite and considerate. They treat our home like it is their own. When we get home, the house is fresh, smells great and clean. I recommend Merry Maids to everyone I meet.

I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about. They over charge and under clean. I paid over $500 for a detailed cleaning and it looked like barely anything had been done. My home was clean at a glance but I was looking for deep cleaning such as baseboards, blinds, dusting everywhere, etc. None of that was done as I was able to clearly see dust and other markings in the same place I left them. I am so disappointed to have paid so much for so little. I also expect reputable companies to be forthcoming not sneaky, Merry Maids has it in the fine print that if the cleaning is not up to par you have only 24 hours after the service to contact them and let them know. I waited around for a day or two expecting that someone from the company would reach out to me regarding my satisfaction but no, they want you to contact them and they make sure not to even attempt to reach out to you until that 24 hours passes and they charge you the full amount. Again, I've never worked with any reputable company that tries to trap you into paying for services without confirming your satisfaction, that's scam behavior. This was the biggest waste of money and I hope others find this review helpful and go for another cleaning company.

This service is AWESOME!! I have been with Merry Maids for a few years now and I thoroughly love everything about them.. they live up to their name for one!
