Saw was very kinda and informative. He walk me through the process, helping me understand the issue and how he was going to solve it. He also informed me of possible future issues, which I highly appreciate.

I was scammed out of 210$ the person came out and told me he could probably fix it that day but he had to “run diagnostics” to tell me if he could or if I would need a new one he opened the lid and shined a light in there and that’s all he did for “diagnostics” then said it’s not something he could repair and that it looks old I would need a new one for 2400$ I had a second opinion and they told me it’s a new system it just needed to be adjusted! I left a review about the experience and someone called me back informing me I’d get a refund because they don’t charge to tell you what’s wrong and what needs to be done. I never got my refund! I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I was duped I do not recommend this company!

Fast and on time. Assessed the issue and from there immediately got to work. Explained everything in detail so I had no other questions. Extremely satisfied with the help and would highly recommend this company to others

Quality service was provided. Tech took extremely too long; was there from 10:30 am and didn't leave until close to 3 pm. Aside from this inconvenience and the astronomical pricing, the service was taken care of.

My toilets have been leaking for quite some time and I was nervous to call a plumber. This morning I finally pulled the trigger and called Roto Rooter.
Chris was my technician and he was amazing.
The financing options were great as well. I’ll definitely be sending some neighbors over.

After a little mixup on the appointment time, I could not be happier. Emanuel was the technician. He was great and explained everything he would be doing and was very thorough. He even cleaned up the area when he was finished.

Jamie was fantastic in removing a sediment filter that broke overnight and left me without water. Roto Rooter was able to get to my house within 2 hours of calling. Prices were fair, which is very rare in my experience with most plumbers. Jamie also noticed a gas leak that fed my cooktop in a line near where the plumbing repair was. I had smelled gas a while back near the stove, but another plumbing company that came to check couldn't find anything, but never looked at the connection in the garage directly under the stove. Will definitely be a return customer and ask for Jamie again next time.
