Roto-Rooster is a rip-off for a garbage disposal in my kitchen. They charged over $700 to replace mine. Originally, Labor $693 and Parts $248.03, and a discount of $241.03, so I paid $700. Mine was nothing major, just replacing it. Looking back, I should have paid them the visit fee and told them to leave. You can get it done for less than $400 (including both labor and parts). After reviewing other companies’ prices, I called Roto-Rooster to explain the significant price difference among the three. They didn’t care about a customer’s complaint. According to a manager, they charge more because the company has been in this field for more than 90 years. Buyers beware, I should have.

Jake was our Service Technician. I knew I'd like him when he showed up on time, with a smile and firm handshake (including eye contact), put his booties on to protect our floors, and followed me inside. We had two older bathroom sinks which required clean out. We also installed a new faucet for one bathroom. All in all, it was a seamless experience, and Jake was a pleasure to work with.

I was beyond pleased with his service. We had three different technicians come out today so that we can get quotes on our tankless water heater. Everybody that came out except for him asked how old was the unit took a couple pictures and gave a quote. But, not only did he ask about how old is the unit and took pictures, he actually opened The unit, Did different tests To figure out what exactly was wrong with the tank. Because he did this, he was able to offer us a temporary but much cheaper option if we needed something pretty much like today. We were able to laugh and get things understood without feeling like we were being pressured to go with Their company only. This was the best, easiest, and most comfortable appointment I’ve ever had with any type of maintenance personnel. We look forward to working with you all now and in the future. I really wish I could get more than five stars.

As honest as I can be.
I understand business and I understand consumers. I run my very own local business. I will say this. When your water is not working one way or another or you’re up to your feet in poop overflowing, I’m sure there is not a bad review to be read when these guys save the day. However, when a customer is desperate or in a bad spot, even when a customer is ok considering the situation, I will never ever consider sticking it to them. I knew I was being bent over in a choke hold the minute this tech ( who no fault of his own ) pulled out the book of prices , like it was a corporate brochure of “how bad can we take advantage of you today” prices ….. I truly am in the wrong business if people are bending the knee to this legal theft and being ok enough to leave a good review. Now, with that said, if you truly feel that you were not taken advantage of and you are truly happy with the results and you have zero regrets with the way you spent your hard earned money with this company, great, this review is not on your behalf. For those that see through the BS and may or may not have fell victim to this absurd irrational display of corporate greed, I urge you to check around and call someone else and this review is in your behalf.
I will never ever ever give this company or its employees the chance to do to me what they were more than willing to do and moreover, are happy to do it again and again, day after day. This is not how you do business and not how you hold a thumb down on an already burdened customer.

We had 4 major/minor plumbing issues that recently occurred and accumulated overtime. Jonathan showed up in a timely manner and fixed every problem with ease very quickly. He even helped us out with tips and reminders of things to do to prevent it from happening again next time. Job all done with a fair price. We are happy with all services completed. My water heater busted and I needed a replacement ASAP. The installers were great. Professional, straightforward and absolutely great install job. I am not a fan of the price but the finance options made it easier for me to deal with.

He replaced our outside spigot quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. The technician Anthony and his assistant Cameron was prompt, respectful, professional and did a great job. They came out and assessed the situation. He explained the work that needed to be performed on my broken pipe. When they finished they explained what was done to repair the broken pipe. I was very satisfied with him and his assistant

Darin is THE MAN!!! He made sure my calls/work orders were a High Priority as well. He was so educated, swift, and very timely on the work. Even gave me a few pointers for future reference. Highly recommend High Priority and if you want a reliable Plumber Darin is THE MAN!

Our home warranty sent us to High Priority Plumbing for the second time. Our technician, Alex, came both times and was excellent. Both repairs were somewhat extensive but they did a great job and left absolutely zero mess! I can confidently and highly recommend them!

Terry went above and beyond in the replay of our water heater. He walked with us step by step the causes and options! We have small children and a newborn in our home and we were able to remain in our house while the process was underway! I highly recommend this company. They were sent to my home by my warranty company, so I only had to pay my very small deductible. I had 3 plumbing issues. The technician Michael was very nice, professional and efficient. What impressed me the most was that even though he was running behind, which can be expected sometimes in this line of work, instead of canceling he came on after having a very long day and completed the work with excellence.

Zach Cox gave advanced notice before arriving. He was very polite and even interacted very well with our dogs. He went straight to work, diagnosed the issue, formulated a solution and affected the repair. Zach then made sure the repair was complete, and in doing so found that the replacement unit was defective and had to make a round trip to get another one. We really appreciate his diligence in getting us up and running again without having to make that return call had he not been so diligent and skilled.

My experience was Outstanding! My hot water tank was leaking and I called them right away. The Receptionists actually talked me through on how to turn off the water and pilot light. Thank you so much Ladies! The repair Tech arrived and found my problem within seconds! He was kind, friendly, courteous and very professional. This company is amazing and if you’re looking for someone who cares and can get the job done right away, this is who you need to call. Thank you for a great experience. Job well done!

FOLLOW UP: It started to leak again not even a month later just one half fast plumbing company.
I just can't believe this is what they called a finish job they leave their trash and debris behind for me to clean up just shows a half fast rushed job nothing secured or sealed up. Will be contacting the county to checking on what left behind if it's even how it should under code. I'm just baffled that they matched the crappy results of my no-good property management. Fooled me thinking I would get results from a company like this.
