Chris at Elite Electric was God sent to me and my 5 kids....literally. My appliances on one side of my kitchen, to include my refrigerator, just went out. They all just stopped working mid use. I begin to get frantic. It's Friday afternoon and no one has availability until next week. I just so happened to call Elite. At first, to my disappointment, they were booked for today. Then a few minutes later, my phone rings and it's Chris from Elite! He called me back guys and said "I want to help you. What's going on?" I explained the situation. He said, "I'm going to help save you some money." Would you believe he walked me through step by step at my control panel? As a result, my appliances are working. I don't have to worry about losing food or a hefty bill. I am so grateful to God for Chris! Check out Elite Electric! They really want to help. It's genuine!

Elite Electric Solutions came to our rescue in the nick of time. Our main panel switch kept tripping during the weekend. We made a call to the emergency phone number and the tech easily laid out our options for a possible fix and action plan. When the tech arrived, our issue was fixed in a matter minutes. Elite Electric Solutions saved the day! They are amazing!

Elite Electric Solutions is awesome. Chris, Nick and Neo was extremely professional. I have a new home (17 months) built by D.R. Horton that was not wired properly. The main power breaker box on the outside of house constantly tripped. Elite Electric assured that they would have power restored to my home today. The summer heat in Georgia is terrible and to go without power the entire weekend would be even worse. Needless to say Elite Electric worked diligently to help me. They contacted GA Power for an emergency shut off service to do the repairs. This work repairs started around 2 pm. Chris found the part in Covington, Ga and he went to pick it up before the store close. He return to continue assisting Neo as much as they could until GA Power S L O W arrival after 5 pm. Elite Electric stayed and they didn't have to. They waited with me and they continued to make follow-up calls to GA Power. They went the extra mile to make certain I could have power restored today. I truly am greatly and appreciate everything they did for my family. I would recommend Elite Electric to everyone. You all are amazing! Thank you for caring and have compassion for your customers. Elite Electric was referred by my home owners warranty. Nick was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I had questions about one of my electrical issues, Nick took time to explain what was happening, why it was happening, and the solution. It wasn't in high tech language but simple where I could understand. He showed me what the problem was with my fixture and he fixed it. It wasn't a difficult problem to fix, a simple thing and he was quick and efficient. It wasn't even covered. Nick's conversation was pleasant, he didn't use slang and it was relevant. His manners were impeccable. Elite Electric should be proud of the way Nick presented and carried himself. In this day and age, manners and sensible conversation seems to be a thing of the past. Nick reflected a good image for the company. Thank you for a job well done, and I will be referring your company to my friends. I will tell them to make sure they ask for Nick. Elite electrical was referred to me by my home warranty company and I am very happy they were! Nick was my technician and he came in and fixed my problem in a short time frame. I am very pleased with their service and knowledgeable workers! They have earned a loyal customer!

Moses and Chris are awesome! I just purchased a foreclosed home and have been working on it. I've had a lot of businesses come and try to overcharge and rip me off. It was refreshing to deal with a company that did what they said they would do and do extra. These guys have the nicest personalities and they were calm and patient while working. They are very knowledgeable and will find the source of issues and correct them. I can't express enough how much I recommend them!

If I could give Elite Electric Solutions 10 stars, I would. They were able to accommodate me for same day service for a breaker issue that had me dead in the water (I do IT remotely). Nick was quick and efficient. In and out in under 15 minutes. I will continue to use their services for all future issues/projects.

Chris and Moses did a fantastic job this morning at my condo! I'm in the process of selling and the inspection revealed issues with various electric outlets. They completed the work at a very reasonable price. This is the second time I've used their services. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality electrician services!

I liked Chris and Moses from the first time I met them which was a month ago. They came to me through my warranty company. I brought them back to fix the numerous problems associated with my flipped house. They were quick to diagnose and talked me through all of the problems.
The quote originally issued seemed very reasonable.
I called yesterday and they were able to schedule me on New Years Eve for a laundry list of repairs.
They called as they were on their way and true to the time. They worked diligently all morning chugging away at the repairs. Chris was so kind to install a chandelier in minutes which wasn’t on the list of repairs.
This company is a class act. I trust the work and enjoyed the company of both Chris and Moses.

Chris is amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to communicate what’s going on and let’s you know your best options without trying to overcharge you or sell you unnecessary services. The folks here are awesome. Fast, reliable, and honest. We were assigned to work with them through the warranty included in our new home purchase and were thrilled. Our refrigerator quit the week of Thanksgiving and even with the holiday, they were fast and offered constant updates. We never had to wonder where things stood. They truly went above and beyond. We cannot say enough good things about the experience.

Chris and his team are incredible. I had Chris out to my home to investigate some findings on an inspection report. He was the only one of three electricians that gave me an honest (and less expensive) opinion on the issues that were noted. He made me feel very comfortable with the solutions that we landed on and fixed the most annoying issue I had (several outlets not working) by simply reseting the outlets in a specific order (the other two electricians either didn't know to do this or wanted to charge me for it). I was so pleased with Chris's work that I had him back out to install lighting in my home and was also incredibly pleased with the quality of work. Chris was very interested in minimizing drywall damage (there was actually NONE) and was super responsive and consultative to the design/requests I had. I would use them again and again and have referred them to several friends. Office staff, Melissa, is super professional and responsive. Thanks guys!

Had several outlets and switches that weren’t working and couldn’t figure out why, we called Elite Electric Solutions and they were able to come out the next day to take a look. They were very knowledgeable and were able to address every issue that we had quickly. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

Elite Electric Services was contracted through my home warranty company for a faulty bathroom vanity light late on a Friday night. I was worried if this would potentially be a fire hazard and called the emergency line. I spoke with Chris from Elite who was fantastic. He listened thoroughly to my full issue, offered to look at the pictures of the light fixture, etc and offered a recommendation and reassurance that this did not necessitate an emergency call and could wait until the normal service call on Monday.
Elite called me on Monday to schedule service for the next business day, and walked me through the steps of what would and could be done for the repair. They were very thorough again with answering all my questions and efficient with scheduling.

I opted to have them just go ahead and replace the light fixture, which was a service above and beyond the warranty call, and the rate was extremely reasonable.

Will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again.

Hint: if you have American Home Shield, ask for them as your preferred vendor.

I can’t begin to say how amazingly efficient, reliable, and professional Neo was. He did a great job and went out of his way to make sure my furniture was kept perfectly intact. I appreciate a company that does good work and for a fair price. That is very difficult to find these days but not with Elite Electric. It seems like it is a standard of excellence from the customer service to technician. I am very pleased.

I was very pleased with Elite Electric Solutions. On July 21, 2022, Nick arrived on time (1st hour of the window), he was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolved the issue in a short period of time while providing quality work. He also give me some advice in reference to my issue. I have been so disappointed in the past with my home warranty assigning horrible contractors, but this has been such a pleasurable experience I will reconsider canceling my home warranty.
