Ray was amazing for helping me determine the cause of my leak. He was honest and helped with advice on how to move forward. My issue will be corrected with plumbing coming out to repair it. Thanks again for sending Ray my way. He truly advocates for his customers to ensure we have the best service. He deserves a raise!!!

Zach and Jermaine were knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to boot. They were also very patient and kind with our dog who was adamantly trying to help. Our heat is fixed and all is right in the world again.

Always great service, planned or emergency. Thoughtful, patient, and willing to educate customers. Most recent interaction with Zach and Jermaine was excellent. Helped me understand what happened to my condensation pump after a cold snap.

My appointment was scheduled between 9–11 AM, and no one showed up. I didn’t receive a call until after noon, when I was told the technician’s car had broken down about 15 minutes away and that he would be on the way once it was fixed.
I called again at 1:58 PM and was told the technician was 45 minutes away. At 3:10 PM, I called again and the technician still had not arrived. He finally showed up closer to 3:30 PM.
During this delay, Nick instructed the technician to hold off on installing, and the technician left my door wide open, letting cold air into my home.
Despite the excessive delay and inconvenience, Nick refused to offer any discount or solution and told me I had to pay the full invoice or he would remove the technician from my property. I paid under pressure.
This was a horrible customer service experience. I do not recommend this company — find another provider.

Zachary and Jermaine are the best!!! If you are considering Omega for any of your hvac issues/concerns I would definitely recommend them and ask for Zachary and Jermaine. They are extremely thorough, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They also take the time to explain everything to you so you feel confident and comfortable with their service. As a homeowner, it can be hard to find appliance techs with great ethics and morals like Zachary and Jermaine. I’m so glad I chose Omega!

Zach and Jermaine from Omega Heating provided excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work that was needed. They addressed the issue promptly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also wore shoe coverings, which I really appreciated and shows their respect for the home. Zach and Jermaine were great very professional and efficient, and they got the job done right. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what repairs were needed, and answered my questions in a way that made everything easy to understand. They also offered their maintenance package (no pressure), which I appreciated. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Used these guys extensively when doing a project in the Stonecrest area. They always had what i needed, motor control devices in stock… They were wven gonna bring me some materials out late on a Saturday afternoon!! Great place, good people.
