Working with Omega has been awesome. I actually was able to get a live person on the phone when I first called and not a voicemail message I would have to wait to hear back from someone. They were able to get me setup for a visit the next day. My technician came out and diagnosed my issue. He explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent customer service and I would use them again.

Omega is a great company, always been fair and knowledgable and stand by their work. I like them because of the stand by work thing because one time I did have an issue and they fixed it without hassle, VERY IMPORTANT. Most recently though, I had the extreme pleasure of having Mac as my technician to do my maintenance, and I am so impressed. I do hope I get him all the time. He is professional (something missing today from people who do work at your home), informational but concise, respects the customer's time, and just a pleasure really. I applaud Omega for having this great technician, and will be sure I ask for him by name in the future.

Zachary was very considerate , in respecting my home by wearing shoe protectors. He was very clear on explaining what happened and that a switch needs to be replaced on the outside unit.

Zach and Jermaine came and got my heater back working, it needed to be zoned properly. They took their time and was very polite.

Zach did an excellent job of repairing our broken AC system. He was courteous, professional, and efficient in all aspects of the job. Now we are back in a cool home for the summer! My family highly recommends his services!!!

AC Mini Split Service Review

During one of the hottest weeks of the year, my basement mini split stopped working and displayed an F0 code. I contacted Omega Heating and Air Inc., and they quickly scheduled an appointment between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Impressively, I received a text notification letting me know the team was en route before 11:00 AM. (Excellent communication!)

Keith and Ray arrived promptly and thoroughly assessed the issue both inside and outside. (Very knowledgeable!) They completed the repair efficiently, and I’m thrilled to say my unit is now working perfectly. They even finished the job ahead of the expected time window.

If you’re having any issues with your mini split, I highly recommend calling Omega Heating and Air and asking for Mr. Ray and Mr. Keith!

I had a service technician Ray come out and look at our thermostat which was not getting power, he went and check the furnace and found that the fuse was blown and quickly replaced it. Our AC unit is working great now.

My heat and cooling haven’t worked all summer I had to get air conditioning units. It took 30 mins and they fixed my issue. They were extremely knowledgeable and knew where to troubleshoot and make things work again. Today was my seasonal hvac maintenance and Zach was here for my service exactly when they said he’d be. Found an issue, called in the replacement parts order and took care of it all in less than an hour. Now I’ll have heat when I need it and won’t have to scramble being cold until it’s fixed. I’ve been an Omega customer for many years and have recommended them to my friends!

I requested a quote from Omega Heating and Air the sales man Jason came out and gave me a remarkable quote schedule my installation the technicians Oneal andJoe Jr arrived to replace my furnace and air on time did a remarkable job I really appreciate them very knowledgeable know their work got the system up and running Joe Jr installed the thermostat and explained to me how it works the price was very good comparing to several estimates that I got I would refer anyone to them

So far so good. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Zack came over on time and did a good job assessing the situation and doing what could be done to improve things. It was a hot day, and he brave the heat of our upstairs unit with no complaints.
Hopefully, he will be able to navigate the joys that come with a home warranty company to get it resolved.
