Josh did a great job - great explanation and service. The HVAC technician crew was so professional, polite and friendly - very pleased with the new HVAC install.

They were so honest, thorough and really subject matter experts. Will 100% be a customer of theirs moving forward. The agent was very experienced in assessing and diagnosing the system and helped me understand what options I had for maintenance and the discounts I could get as a new subscriber to the annual services they offer.

Have used this company for years for my rental portfolio. The service guys are great and go the extra mile in an attic or nasty crawl space. The front office is very responsive. They send update texts to everyone involved which I find very helpful

I had a great experience with Premier Heating and Air. Avery was very knowledgeable and took his time with the estimate. The installation process for my ductless AC mini split went smooth and was very professional. The techs stayed very late to ensure the project was completed. Their prices are fair and they came back promptly do a couple additional requests. I highly recommend Premier.

Jacob and Michael came out at 10am and did a complete install of our furnace and ac unit. They were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. We just had it serviced from the original install, and Michael did a wonderful job.

Premier Heating was very profesional from the outset. Their bid was competative. I found my sales person Avery particularly helpful. He was very responsive with preparing options for me and was pleasent to work with.

I’m 80 years old and my heat quit working on Monday 1/12/2026 early in the morning. By some strange coincidence my phone at my house quit working at the same time I don’t have a cell phone so I was stuck. My brother came over on Wednesday and started calling people. He called Premier Heating & Air and they came over the VERY same day and saved me. They were very professional and friendly and explained everything that was going on with my situation. My HVAC is past its prime so when I need to replace it I will definitely use Premier Heating and Air. If you have HVAC difficulties I recommend them highly but to prevent any surprises they also have a great program that involves them coming to your home twice a year to service your system to keep it running smoothly and it’s great because they can spot potential situations before they happen so you don’t get stuck like me in freezing temperatures.

The technician came by to annually check my AC, he was thorough and explained in detail about my unit. Very pleased of Premier Heating & Air.

Came home from vacation in Arizona 90 degrees.to 45 and no heat.Brian a tech from Premier was here the next day and located the problem immediately.It was the Motheroard. Unfortunately it couldn't be replaced that day as it had to be ordered. Brian was ready to come back on Monday and by 2.00.pm we had heat .So Happy.

Blake was great. Knows his stuff. Was available on holiday weekend if I had needed his services. He helped me save money.
