Great experience! They arrived with a couple hours of us calling to report an issue and had everything working again shortly. Very reasonably priced especially coming out on a holiday weekend. Customer service and the technician had great communication. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Eric was a very kind and helpful serviceman. He came to check my furnace at about nine o'clock on a Friday night. He determined what the problem was and gave me options as to whether to replace a part or replace the entire furnace. He followed up the next business day with exact pricing and delivery.
I have always received prompt and helpful service from Reliance.

We have paid $5000 and still owe $23,000 for a new unit. This is the most ridiculous amount of money I have ever seen and they sold us a maintenance package and we have never seen them again. $320 a month! This is highway robbery!

We've been Reliance customers for almost 26 years and wouldn't ever consider another HVAC company, especially after this past week. We needed two new AC units/coils .The proposal from James P was up front, transparent and fairly priced. The three techs who delivered and installed the systems today--Daniel, Christian and Prince-- were on time, professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Robbie came by to give us a second opinion for service on our HVAC another company had told us needed repairs exceeding $5,000. Robbie did a thorough inspection and found our system didn’t need any repairs. We are extremely grateful and pleased with the service he provided.

I've been using Reliance for HVAC services for two years, and my experience has been exceptional. Previously, I relied on TE Certified, but when my AC unit broke, they couldn't send someone promptly to troubleshoot. Instead of trying to replace the unit prematurely, Reliance responded quickly—sending a technician right away to diagnose the problem. They identified that the compressor had failed, and then took care of installing a new unit while managing the warranty with the manufacturer.

Since then, I've continued to use their service regularly and am consistently impressed by their commitment to customer support. Their maintenance plan has been reliable; for example, when my air handler developed leaks, they dispatched Eric the very next day to seal all the leaks. Eric was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Overall, I highly recommend Reliance for their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care for customers.

I am so thankful for Julian Baer!! Not only did he repair what was the problem with my AC but also gave me tips to maintain the ac:heat units. If I hadn’t already registered my units for warranty he was going to help me with that! Julian has a wonderful customer service attitude! He is friendly, knowledgeable, seems to enjoy his work! He is an asset to your company!!!

Arrived on time. Very professional. Very friendly. Had the problem diagnosed with a solution in a short amount of time. Will return in a couple of weeks to make sure all is still well. Excellent service. I'll mention in our Neighborhood Next door app as well. Julian was great to work with.

Julian was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He also did a great job in communicating relevant service and upkeep information. Additionally, when he arrived, it was raining and he did a great job in putting on protective coverings over his shoes every time he came into my house! He is an outstanding asset to Reliance.

I requested a supervisor visit in conjunction with my annual summer service. I've been with Reliance for many years, and I trust the techs that have serviced my system. On 6/10/25 Technician David arrived for the normal service. Once we talked, he simply said I'll take care of everything, and he did. Prefect, no problem, easy does it, is how I would describe his attention to his craft. He's been to my house many times but yesterday he showed me a side that impressed enough that I actually called the Reliance Service department to relay my experience and delight. I called for a supervisor, and I did get a supervisor in response and action, and his name is David .

I had a great experience with Julian Baer from Reliance HVAC during my recent air conditioning maintenance service. Julian was extremely friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which I really appreciated. You could tell he cares about doing things right—he worked very carefully and thoroughly. It’s always a relief to have someone who’s not only skilled but also kind and respectful in your home. Highly recommend Julian and Reliance HVAC!

Great experience with Reliance. They are always on time, informative and their techs are always professional. I had my air conditioning unit serviced today and the tech, Julian did an amazing job. He walked me through the process and gave me some helpful tips. I highly recommend them. I have used other companies before but haven’t received this level of service.

After finishing his work, he tested the system to be certain that everything was fine.And then reassured me that if I had problems in the future, I could give you a call.
