Eric was VERY professional and polite! He came out diagnosed our system, told us what was wrong and gave us a fair price to fix the unit. Went and got the part and was back in an hour to replace the part!!

I had Robbie come out today to check an ongoing issue that we’ve been having with our air, causing disruption to the unit. He was very knowledgeable and not only figured out that issue, but solved some other issues that have been a source of minor problems! All of these things, are above and beyond what I expect to be solved today. The minor problems that he is fixing, will also help with our power bills! Super grateful! Thankful for his courtesy, kindness, and expertise!

Have been using Reliance for years to maintain my heat/air system. Berry has been my technician and I can't say enough about how thorough he is. The entire staff has been great and works with my schedule. I had a new system installed last year and their pricing was very competitive. Great company!

From start to finish this group is first class . I was contacted from the office by a really nice representative letting me know I was scheduled for work and that the tech would contact me when in route . Once at my home the tech looked over all units resolved the issue then went further testing to make sure I had no more problems and let me know he had spare filters if I needed them . It's hard to find people who take pride in what they do in there work and customers satisfaction and everyone involved were at there best . Thanks so much

My system had frozen, so it wasn’t working in 90+ weather. Our technician was excellent and so patient as he went step by step to identify then fix the problem. Really nice and professional!

I called at 8 AM Thursday, Aug 29 to report my AC was not working. Leigh Ann was very helpful. She told me someone would be here between 9 and 1. At 10 AM, Jordan was here. He checked all components and quickly found the problem. He had a replacement part in his truck and installed it. He explained every step to me.
I was so happy to have my issue resolved so quickly. I was worried that I might have to go days, but I got lucky.
I am so glad that I called Reliance. Positive experience from first call to final fix. Thanks to Jordan and entire team.

David Rash has been the tech that has always worked on my HVAC System. He always has been courteous, efficient, timely and forthright during his service calls.

I had a sudden failure of the heating system overnight and Reliance was able to respond from my morning call by noon and diagnose the problem as a failed main control board due to lightning strike. They were able to order a replacement and install it a day later. The cost of the replacement board including service call was $858. It comes with a 5 year warranty.

Reliance saved the day…maybe even the entire summer season! Quick response over the weekend. Very courteous & respectful customer service team from answering service to srrvice technician. I was literally sweating bullets thinking whole new system replacement but Miquel just flipped a few switches at furnace & fuse box and VIOLA! Give the cape wearing gentleman a raise with much praise!

Miguel brought it on a Sunday night, and helped me figure out my HVAC issue which wasn’t an HVAC issue at all but an electrical issue! Very happy with this company and I highly recommend them! Of course, ask for Miguel!

My experience with Reliance was very positive from my original after hours
call to request service through the actual service call. My technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue and corrected it quickly while keeping me informed each step of the way. My home is new and my experience with Reliance also new but I will definitely continue service and maintenance with Reliance as my system ages.

Eric Lott was a fantastic technician that did my house buyer requested HVAC review before I sold my house. He was very communicative in everything that he did for me. Recommended a new capacitor for the upstairs furnace and I had him put a new one in. Replacing a 1991 piece immediately woke up the motor to 2025 specs. Thank you Eric!

Eric was very thorough and informative. He went far and beyond by double and triple checking every floor and thermostat to figure out the issue and make sure the problem was resolved.
