This company was a godsend! My dehumidifier wasn’t working and I was unable to get a referral from the warranty company. I was getting pretty discouraged after hearing, “We don’t do that,”so many times I lost count. Finally I found Vickers & was elated when the young lady told me that they could come out tomorrow! They were professional; they texted me with the repairman’s name and his estimated time frame of arrival. I was also notified he was running late and when he was on the way. He was respectful, professional and got the job done in no time. Our repairman, Clint, of Vickers H&A provided timely and excellent service for a reasonable rate-in these times of price gouging when your back is against the wall-I really appreciate that and I would absolutely recommend them!

Vickers saved me from having to buy a whole new unit! A prior company told me the unit was not repairable and I would need a new one. Turns out it was just a bad thermostat needing to be replaced! You can most definitely trust Vickers to be honest and cost effective and if it’s repairable they won’t just push a costly new unit! Service was also timely and professional. Thanks!

Jessy Edwards came out as scheduled and did a thorough inspection of both of my HVAC systems. He changed filters and checked the operation of both units in an efficient and professional manner.
