I have used Lee's several times since 2019 and every time they squeeze me in the same day, are very kind, knowledgeable, and help me understand what's happening in my home. They talk to you as if they have known you and you're not just a customer. They don't hurry the job, they stay until everything is working correctly. I would not trust or call anyone but them! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is a family owned business and you can tell!!! They are were here an hour after I called, and had my air fixed in less than an hour. They explained everything in detail and made me feel completely comfortable. They were friendly, professional, and curious. I would give them 10 stars and will 100% use them for life!

I ask a lot of questions, and not once did the technician get annoyed. He explained every part of the repair and helped me understand how to avoid the issue again. I learned a ton!

I’ve dealt with a few HVAC companies in the past, and this is the first one that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken for a ride. Super straightforward and actually listened to my concerns. I’ll definitely stick with them.

I am a person that cannot go without air conditioning. When my air broke I called and they came out within 2 hours. If it wasn’t for them me and my family would have been hot for at-least 3 days. Such a lifesaver!

Fraudulent company. They do not follow the EPA guidelines. They lied and suggested my system held 8lbs of refrigerant, and was 4 lbs low. I later learned, my system is a 4lbs system and was completely empty and never should have been refilled. They grossly charged over $700 for services that were against the EPA guidelines and not warranted. The refrigerant gases leaked inside my home within 24 hrs. The toxic chemicals released, put myself and my families health at risk. Upon calling them back out, they attempted to charge an additional $2800 to replace the coil unit. Recognizing something was right, we opted to get a second opinion and learned we were scammed and grossly over charged. We ultimately paid half the money they quoted. Again, stay away from this company!
