I've been with this company for some years. Just was notified I have mildew in my Heatpump by the technician. I had a blower replaced a month ago by another technician and did not mention my unit had mildew. I did receive a estimate for duck cleaning. Waiting on comfort tech to arrive for estimate. I'll follow-up on this post after the work is completed. Overall experience is good with this company so far. I hire within the community. Thank you

Dalton, Joey, and Shawn(?) worked on my AC. They were very professional and courteous. Alex and the office were very helpful also. Time will tell if I'm happy with my new system but I have a good feeling about it.

Dalton and Shawn the two young men that out my new air conditioner in were very courteous and professional. Very patient in explaining to me how to use the new thermostat and making sure I understood how it worked. Could not have asked for two nicer young men to be at my house doing work. I would definitely recommend Peppers Heating and Air to anyone needing a great company to do work with.

Peter was awesome! Called over the weekend and Kayley was very helpful and willing to send their on- call technician out right away but I chose to wait until Monday (it wasn't very hot out and the breeze came in through the windows)
Spoke to Aaron on Monday morning and he had Peter out right away. Peter was extremely thorough and explained everything very well. He took his time and found not just one but 2 problems and had us all fixed up in no time. Great company, very professional and courteous employees! Wouldn't think about using another company! Very professional as well as personable. Explained the repair required and completed quickly. Had the required part in the truck so there was no delay. Communicated arrival time and arrived spot on. Appreciate how Mike has serviced my HVAC for the last few years and he even came to my new home when I moved in the middle of my contract. I appreciate him and the office staff!!!!!!

Had Peppers come out for an estimate on my 30 year old heat pump. Decided to replace the whole system . I was given a fair price and excellent service.
From Rodney who came out for the estimate, to the guys that installed everything, service was excellent.
Also had the old ducts cleaned. Tech spent 4 1/2 hours doing a really thorough job.
My house is not large.
No doubt, I chose the best company out there.

Called Peppers about my outdoor AC unit making a strange noise. Receptionist was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. Was able to schedule me for a service call very quickly. Thomas the tech was great. Called to inform me of his arrival time and showed up just as he said. Upon arrival, listened to my concern and jumped right to work checking out my unit. Informed me of what my unit was doing and why it was normal, also pointed a few things for possible future concern. Also was very respectful upon entering my home and happily used his mask and booties. Checked my ceiling unit and gave a few pointers on maintenance. Overall was a great experience and I thank Peppers and Thomas very much! Also great rates for their annual maintenance contract! Greatly recommend their service.

This is the second HVAC unit Peppers has replaced for my Mom in less than a year. They are responsive respectful and professional. Sean & Dalton were courteous, friendly and explained all that they did and cleaned up after themselves. They are the kind of professionals you don’t mind having in your home all day-great guys! Alan came back to do QC inspection which is another sign of a great company and was also a super guy.

The best service ever. The whole process for installation by the team members were excellent they made it look seamless. From the inspection of my old system, the proposal made to the installation so professional and friendly not forgetting the office staff employees who were so on point hearing your concern and booking your appointment to suit your schedule. I would recommend Peppers Air Condition and Heating Company to every one out there. My family and I give them a 5 star rating.

I have used Peppers for the last 5 years at my house. They are always on time, very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. In fact, the tech yesterday was even earlier than his scheduled time! Very good quality of work and always good about scheduling the service visits at a time that works with my schedule. I would recommend Peppers to anyone! I am a lifelong customer for sure.

I was first recommended to Peppers Heating and Air from my mom's friend. When it was time to install a complete heating and air system, I scheduled 3 different companies for an estimate. Peppers Heating and Air stood out because Aaron seemed very nice and genuine about what I needed and Kayla( I think) was always nice when I called in. I LOVE supporting local family owned businesses. I think the level of service is above and beyond the rest because their name/reputation is attached to it and I appreciate that level of good service. The field manager that came today (I think Allen) was very helpful in offering some additional information for work to be done in the future.

Courtious, professional, and knowledgeable. Got my new system installed for my basement in a timely fashion. They informed me of all my available options but only sold me what I needed, that fit within my budget. I've had numerous courtesy follow ups and its been nearly 8 months after my initial install. I couldn't be more satisfied with the value and service provided. I highly recommend these guys!

Mike provided Great Customer Service. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The company communicated about the rescheduling due to inclement weather and his arrival time today. I would recommend this company.

Going through this process of finding a service to put a furnace into our home has been unsettling for my family. We remember using Peppers Heating & Air in the pass and having a positive experience. The office personnel was comforting and Technicians were reassuring and professional to my husband as they worked. I highly recommend this company if your in need of good customer service.

Peppers has been a great experience so far. The customer service was great and she was able to answer all of my questions within her ability and helped me to decide on the best course of action by providing all options. I selected the current summer special which frankly, is higher than a few I have seen advertised, however all of the ratings for Peppers were great and the companies with the “low deal“ did not have the best ratings so I went with the saying you get what you pay for. And I’m very glad we did! We had been waiting on another company that was so slammed thx to the deal for 2 weeks for our service and while waiting our A/C stopped working. Tried calling the “low deal” guys and had to wait 25 min to speak to someone just to wind up cancelling it all together. Called Peppers the same day and they were able to get someone to my home the next morning. I received a text for the appointment, the morning of the appointment I received another text including the technician’s name and picture so I knew whom to look out for , and he called me to let me know he was en route! Once here, he was able to see an issue with connection between the new furnace I had installed earlier in the year and the old A/C unit and and repaired it quickly and did the rest of the maintenance. He was done very quickly and I haven’t felt my air blowing out this cold since we first moved into the home over 13 years ago. The price was very reasonable and we received a quote a little higher than I hoped for a new unit, but I know they will do a good thorough job with installation should we choose to use them. Very thankful I found them on Yelp!

We have used Peppers Heating and Air for over 6 years and they are truly the best company we have ever used. I would give them 10 stars! They have installed a new heating and air system, came back several months later at no charge to make sure everything was working properly. They are our twice a year maintenance company. I highly recommend them for quality of service, honesty and courtesy!

Wonderful company! After 50+ years in the HVAC industry, the owner of my house was extremely impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. We highly recommend Peppers Heating and Air! (Today is 11/5/24 and they serviced our system biannually as usual a few moments ago. They're still doing a great job! The tech was a great guy who was both knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were especially knowledgeable and efficient repairing my system. Christy was thorough and patient explaining my options. Peppers has been an excellent experience for me throughout the years and I will continue using them!

Easy 5 stars. Called these guys when it was 99 out, and they were able to come and fix our AC unit very quickly. Their tech Mike was fantastic! Very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend Peppers and would use them again without hesitation.
