They were just interested in nothing but money. They charged $275 without solving the toilet clogging problem. They told me it needs other equipment to break through the clogged toilet and the cost is at least $500. After all, I paid $275 without any results.
The next day, I asked another company, and they solved the problem easily in less than an hour, and the price was much more reasonable.
I never recommend this company.

Our septic was backed up. This company told us we needed a whole new system. They also said we needed to blow out the field lines. We paid $2200 and our system backed up again within a month. The receipt only said repair field lines. They dug up and only worked on a portion of it. I called another company who for the same price actually did the work and dug up way more and blew out the field lines. Turns out they either didn’t know what they were doing or took shortcuts on purpose. They will come out though.

I called last night for help with a job botched by a "handyman" I hired. I learned my lesson to only hire licensed and insured companies. I spoke to Dan and he told me he could be here today (the next morning), to fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things. They were on time, they knocked the job out in no time with the utmost professionalism and the quality of work is second to none. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing. Thank you so much!

On Wednesday Nov 04, 2020 we called Affordable plumbing around 8:00pm that night about an issue with our plumbing...less than an hr the same night the owner Mr Williams came out to assist us, he explained every single thing in DETAIL that needed to be done...and let us know that Affordable Plumbing could get the job done the very next morning, low and behold he sent his crew out and when I tell u these were the nicest, most professional guys ever. They told us everything that they were doing step by step, and were done in less than 3 hrs, I would definitely recommend if ur in need of a plumbing company AFFORDABLE PLUMBING is the company to call, u WON’T be disappointed. Affordable Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They explained the problem with my hot water heater in detail and showed me where the problem was coming from. The work was done very quickly and I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to handle any plumbing need.

I cannot rave enough about the service I just received from Mr. Williams on the phone and from Cody & Bradley who did the plumbing work. They were so nice and HONEST about the work to be done. They came promptly, fixed my issue and didn't break the bank. Had a great experience with Affordable Plumbing! Dan was very professional...he responded to my call regarding a slab leak immediately and was able to come assess the situation within a couple of hours. He has repaired the leak and been a great help advising us on our next steps. Cody and Brian came out to unclog one of my pipes and did a fantastic job! They arrived early, working with me through the process, were friendly, professional and got the job handled very quickly. The only regret I have is not calling them sooner. Will definitely use them again in the future!

First and first most this man saved me over $2000 or more on what was only a 5 minute call. I was told by other plumbing services I would have to get my water heater replaced and lord knows that cost and not only guessing at would could be the problem from a phone call. My man Dan took care of me by not only responding to what I needed done over the phone but also out generosity and the genuine heart he possesses. God works in mysterious ways and on a day when I couldn’t find a way he sent Dan towards me to give me the assistance I needed. Dan I’m very grateful and thankful to you. I would recommend this service always.

Called and spoke with the Mgr, Dan. Super nice guy on the phone. Cody came out the next day to replace the old water heater. He brought a better unit than I would have chosen. He also went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe and running well. Will call them if I have another plumbing need.

Dan and the fellas from Affordable Plumbing are "our plumbers". They have done a number of projects for us on a house that we are renovating and we are always happy with the work they do. They are quick and responsive. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner and they honor all time commitments that are made. We highly recommend this company.

Amazing customer service. Came on the same day and stayed late into the evening to ensure that the leak was controlled. Made sure we had running water back in the house and also took the time to get a mitigation company to come that night to assess the damage before he left. Very polite and professional the entire time. I would recommend this company to others.

I had an issue with my Sump Pump and I initially received a quote that I knew was way too high for the job so I called several other companies in an attempt to get a lower quote. The first issue in trying to get another quote is that everyone wanted to requote me. I mean, I get it, however, my issue is that I could have possibly been quoted higher than my initial paid quote.

I ended up calling 1 Call Away Plumbing and the quote that he gave me was $380 cheaper than my initial quote. He made my heart smile. I schedule the appointment and I was nervous as heck because even though the price was drastically lower, the reviews were 3.5 on yelp. I took a chance though because of the customer service. The gentleman that answered was a sweetheart and his response time was bananas. The conversation was easy and comfortable. As a woman that thinks very analytically, I still want to feel safe with an individual when I am looking for someone to do work on my home that I know nothing about. Safe in knowing that I won't be overcharged or ripped off.

On the day of the service, the technician came out and he discovered that the issue was much smaller and simpler than replacing the sump pump. It was simply a tampon stuck in the motor. He fixed the issue quickly and he had a great personality from start to finish.

He could have lied and he could have replaced the sump pump and charged me what I was expecting to pay, however, he was honest and for that, I will forever be a customer.

I pray the abundance of business upon him because honesty is rare and this is the epitome of honest along with great customer service to match.

I called this company because they had come a few yrs ago when it was called Affordable plumbing to snake my kitchen sink. The name changed but same guy Dan answered the phone and I told him I need them to snake the clog out from build up of food like they did previously. Meanwhile prior to the plumber coming, we poured vinegar and baking soda, hot water and plunged the drain. It didn't work immediately but apparently over night our labor unclogged the drain. When the plumber came the next day he turned the water on and filled the sink and it was clearly not clogged anymore due to our labor but he charged $125 for nothing! I am big on customer service and very loyal to a company that gives good service but I will never call this company again because they did nothing and instead of just saying that's ok you don't owe anything since all we did was turn on your water you owe nothing. Even if it was 50 ( a more reasonable fee) for a trip charge it's too much for seniors on a fixed income, but I wouldn't feel as abused by this absurd charge of $125. Also they gave an outrageous $3500 quote for septic service saying the price will go up in 30 days if we don't get it done within that time frame. I would never trust these guys to do anything for me and will never allow them to screw me again. Bad luck will come to this company because they have no idea how to gain a customer base. Going for the jugular is not how you will sustain a successful business. If you treat people fair they will not only call you whenever they have plumbing issues but also refer them over and over again which would increase your companies bottom line, build a good reputation for you, and a repeat Customer base.
You certainly loss this customer for good!!!

A backed up septic tank is always horrible and especially on the weekend. Dan and Cody were here within an hour and knew exactly what to do. The problem was fixed within an hour. I highly recommend this company.

We had a leak to a part connected to the water heater. 1 Call Plumbing was scheduled to come out to help us around 12 to 2 pm, but arrived 2 hours early, which was great! The plumber, Cody, recommended a replacement of the water heater eventually, so we went ahead and went with the recommendations to fix our immediate issue and do some preventative maintenance. Cody finished very quickly with pick up of the parts and installation, then made sure our water pressure was good. This is our 2nd time using them for our home plumbing needs, so we are very pleased with each time they have come out.

Dan and Cody were very responsive and included me in every step of the process. They were on time well within the window they said they would be here. Even gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. Would recommend 1 call away for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Dan and Cody
