My water heater was leaking on 7/27/24. I called Liberty Plumbing. Vincent Harrison the service technician arrived on time . He verified the problem and gave me three options for replacement. He answered all my questions. Once I gave my ok , Mr. Harrison went to work
Mr . Harrison was very polite and skilled in his trade. Mr Harrison cleaned up his work area after job was completed.

Man i can't give this company nothing but 5 big ones.I had water pressure problems that was caused by a bad regulatory valve. I look in the yellows and called a few before i got Liberty. My man Chris came out within a few ours checked me out and gave me an estimate he asked me if the work could be done in the morning early. I told him i would really rather it be done today didn't really want to take another day off and i needed that hot shower and he said ok no problem. A few ours later my dude Wes pulled up and had the job done within a few hours. Your the man Wes👍🏾 It cost me a lil but you get what you pay for good service is hard to find. I highly recommend 👌

Needed a gas line run for a range. Kevin was the Tech that came. He was very cordial, professional and helpful in accommodating my needs. He ran the new line, installed the range and made sure it was operating properly and restarted my gas hot water heater.

If you’re in the Conyers area and you need a plumber, give Liberty a call. I have a septic system and have needed someone to look at my system twice…3 years a part. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Trey both times. He’s so professional and explained exactly the steps he needed to take in plain language. The entire staff are so friendly and professional. And the best part is that it’s not a money grab for them. Their prices are reasonable. You just get the feeling that they’re there to service you in the best way possible during what could be a very stressful situation. THANK YOU, LIBERTY!

Gas pipe leak. I had an excellent experience with this company. Kevin came out the same day, on time. Some of the parts were difficult to locate on short notice but Kevin and Jessica kept me in the loop and got me squared away as soon possible.

Everyone including the office ladies, Chris, and Kevin were extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. They wasted no time coming out and were upfront about what we were dealing with and quickly provided quotes for me to pass along to the owners of my place of business. Will recommend them to anyone!

During a time when there was a backup for a ton of plumbers due to the freeze we had, Liberty Plumbing was the only one that answered my call for help. The operator was professional and patient to listen to my story of what happened. My sink had apparently been leaking for months into the wall and I didn’t know until I found water leaking through the wall and outside. Valve to turn off water at sink didn’t work, so I shut it off for the entire house. This meant I had no water - they arrived in less than 24 hours to assess the issue, give me various quotes to give me a decision, and explained throughly the issue and how to fix it.

Chris (the one who viewed the problem and wrote the quotes) communicated well and was very patient with my fifty questions. Haven’t had the job and installation yet, but was scheduled within two days (and yes, I have water at the house for now). Very pleased so far! I love the personalization with a company.

Add on: Wes showed up during the time range posted and matched the picture given to me by email. He was polite, patient for my 50 questions, and communicated what was going to happen each step of the way. There were no surprises at the end because I made the decision when there was a hiccup or an unforeseen problem. I highly recommend this company! I didn’t feel stressed at all about the task at hand and I learned a lot too! He also recommended some great programs they provide to help protect and label all water pipes in the house. Wes really went the extra mile with customer service and had beautiful work when it was finished. It looks great!

Add on 2: Matthew came out to reattach the sinks, the final step after dealing with the insurance. He was on time, friendly, gave advice and answered my questions. I am so pleased with this company! They will always be the first ones I call!

I want to thank Liberty Plumbing for sending Kevin Williams to replace the stove gas line and its fittings.
