Tom did a great job and was super thorough! He explained the process and it was a very positive experience! The repair was covered under our home warranty so we only paid our deductible. I would definitely request Tom should we need future work at our home.

Devin Hufstetler is by far the best technician I’ve ever had. I’ve interacted with him three times now, and he truly takes pride in doing things the RIGHT way. He’s excellent at his job—an exceptional human being who carries himself with honesty, professionalism, and a level of kindness that’s truly rare. His genuine care and respect for his customers set him apart.

Although my issue will require additional work, Devin did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the next steps clearly. I will continue to ask for Devin and High Priority for all my plumbing needs.

The technician who was sent out broke our bath tub faucet worse that it already was. Now, we can barely change from bath to shower (have to force the hardware with all our strength), still aren't getting reliable temperature, still have poor water pressure and still aren't able to fully close off bathtub for the shower. Technician was dismissive of our concerns, especially about temperature, but acquiesced to buying the parts. The company says they have the parts now but have twice delayed coming back to fix the shower (one reason because the technician took the parts to Florida). Meanwhile our shower is worse than before we called them.

ge, friendly,and detailed. We will highly recommend High Priority to any friends that require plumbing services. Their response was fast to our emergency. and timely repairs were made.

Generally when contractors come out you never know what to expect. I’ve had a couple that didn't go will from the beginning. Cory was very professional as he assessed the situation. He waited patiently to receive approval the same day. I quickly became relaxed as Cory explained what will take place and how he will make sure installing the hot water heater is done. There was an issue with the hot water heater as it was leaking and created an issue with water throughout the Garage Floor. High Priority Plumbing was called and the technician (Jacob Williams) arrived to my home within an hour. This guy definitely possesses great interpersonal relationship customer service skills. It was extremely a pleasure having him as we were able to talk while he proceeded to correct the problem. High Priority Plumbing definitely received a thumbs as Jacob's arrival in a timely manner and making the necessary repairs certainly must depict the mission of their business. Thank you again Jacob!

I had been suffering with not having hot water on a consistent basis. My water heater was less than 3 years old but I didn’t have enough hot water to take a luxurious long hot shower without the water turning cold. Plumbers had come out twice thinking they had fixed the problem each time the hot water only lasted less than three minutes and turned luke warm or cold. On the third visit Jace Willingham came out and realized that something was wrong and vowed to stay with it until it was fixed and; that’s what he did and I am totally grateful for his service and High Priority Plumbing for sending me someone dedicated to doing a great job.

My plumbing technician Ray did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater! He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and correctly, and I felt like a priority. I’m extremely happy with the service and highly recommend him and this company!! Definitely a 10/10.

My home warranty recommended High Priority Plumbing and Services and I can truly appreciate that. The technician Jordan was on time, courteous, and awesome to work with. By the way, it was his second visit to my house for seperate issues. He diagnosed, explained the issue, provided maintenance ideas, and then proceeded to fix the issue. High Priority Plumbing was assigned through my home warranty company after a confirmed gas leak. They arrived the first appointment, only to tell me they did not have time to do a pressure test for the leak, and nothing was done, left within 10 minutes of arriving. The second service call they arrive even later in the day (same appointment window of 3pm-6pm as the first call), and completed the pressure test. They told me my gas pipes were “worst case scenario” and that they all needed to be fully replaced. A second and third estimate from other companies confirmed that only fittings need to be replaced to repair the leaks. I absolutely believe that this company practices predatory upselling; seeing a young woman, whom they thought was naive enough to buy their bs. Do not use this company.

Wes was one of the best tradesmen I have ever had out at the house. He responded to our emergency call within three hours and three hours after that we had our new water heater installed and ready to go. He was very thorough, detailed and kind.

Michael, plumbing technician, has excellent plumbing skills. He is personal and followed the repair job from beginning to end. He provided the leak repair estimate and provided guidance on mitigation professionals. AHS could not cover the repair; so my home insurance became involved as High Priority Plumbing kept the ticket open. The CSR staff were excellent and maintained contact by text and email. Thanks to Michael, my home had running water a few hours before Thanksgiving Day. I am very pleased with the repair, service and technician. I Highly recommend.

Huge shout-out to Aaron the plumber. Came out after 9 at night, he assessed our entire home until he found the water link and didn’t stop until he got water flowing for us. Extremely knowledgeable, genuinely concerned, and willing to go the extra mile. We are truly grateful, thank you!

Jace was AMAZING! A total lifesaver. Our plumbing backed up into our house and he came and spent hours fixing it outside in the cold, AT NIGHT. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, dedicated, more efficient plumber. They got him out there within a couple hours of us calling. Very fast and communication was very easy regarding who was coming and when. They text you a picture of your plumber along with their name when they are on the way. I’d recommend them to anyone.
