Emmanuel came over and helped me on a Sunday on short notice on a failed shower cartridge replacement! He did an awesome job and even helped me get the proper parts! Saved my Sunday!

My water heater leaked and flooded part of the basement. Chris arrived within an hour and was able to replace the heater. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. I would recommend Chris and Roto-Rooter for every plumbing need. Excellent work!

Great company! They get to the core of the issue and make sure you know exactly what’s going on and how it needs to be fixed. Im grateful they came out multiple days in a row and spent probably 14 hrs here! We will be calling them from now on🙌

Chris provided excellent service! I was incredibly grateful that he was able to come out and repair my leaking toilet at 11 pm. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

The person came in and fixed the problem. When I asked about getting the $15 discount, he refused to include it and said he gave me a discount so that satisfied it. It did not! He didn’t use the snake which he said would have cost $599. He said to unstop the clog without the snake would cost $200. That’s what I paid. What’s the discount? I just doing understand how someone who represents Roto-Rooter doesn’t give the app discount when I downloaded the app, as requested.

Once again Emmanuel to the rescue! A recent storm flooded our water heater and he came out within an hour of our call, helped us identify and fix the problem, and restart the pilot light. Thanks again!

Our technician was amazing! Polite, fast and very kind! He explained everything that was happening and what needed to be fixed and did it, no upselling or over charging! He did a fantastic job!

It was after hours and I was in despair. Taylor came through with my plumbing repair. He was professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and showed me exactly what needed to be done to complete the repair. The work was performed promptly and efficiently. I truly appreciated his expertise and professionalism, and I was very relieved to have my water restored.

Jose (4374) was an absolute delight to work with! I had a mysterious leak in my bathroom sink (I took it apart and put it back together myself, so no surprise it was leaking) and he very quickly and easily fixed it, as well as doing a thorough inspection of all possible leak sources throughout the home to ensure it was secure for the future. I’d absolutely work with Jose again, completely and fully recommend!

Emmanuel and Connor were great help. My water heater went out and they were very quick to respond (same day). Did a diagnostic test and figured out the issue. A lot of people try to force unneeded services on customers but they did a great job at figuring out the issue. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my bathroom faucet where the previous vendor was not able to properly secure the leak. Chris was able to resolve the issue in an efficient manner. I rate Daniel’s work performance as an easy five star. I did not know what to expect from Roto-Rooter. All too often, I am disappointed in tradesmen who perform work for me, but that is not case with Daniel of Roto-Rooter. He is very professional yet personable, very knowledgeable, hard working and detailed oriented, keeps a clean work area.

Ivan was very thorough with the investigation into why my shower and toilet were backed up. He was able to assess the situation and provide me with a contact for septic. He was clear in communications and what to expect in terms of pricing.

OMG, I not only had a wonderful experience with my services and aside from that the supervisors, crews and plumbers were so personable. They made me feel comfortable. Roto-Rooster is a rip-off for a garbage disposal in my kitchen. They charged over $700 to replace mine. Originally, Labor $693 and Parts $248.03, and a discount of $241.03, so I paid $700. Mine was nothing major, just replacing it. Looking back, I should have paid them the visit fee and told them to leave. You can get it done for less than $400 (including both labor and parts). After reviewing other companies’ prices, I called Roto-Rooster to explain the significant price difference among the three. They didn’t care about a customer’s complaint. According to a manager, they charge more because the company has been in this field for more than 90 years. Buyers beware, I should have.
