Chris was outstanding! I'm very particular and Chris was extremely thorough and detail oriented. It's not often you're excited about hiring an electrician, but I literally told my wife I was thrilled we used him (we got 3 quotes and they were priced in the middle of the three). They installed some unusual sconces that, unbeknownst to me, were of a European design and created some headaches on the install. He was patient, knowledgeable and made sure not to settle until the job was done right. Highly recommend!

I recently had an emergency electrical issue at my residence requiring my power to be shut off until the repair was made. I called Chris at Elite electrical, and he personally came to my house to make sure my power was turned back on before we had a night of 34° without power. He was unable to provide a particular part, but found another service provider who had that part and so Chris gave the job to them. I’ve rarely seen such credible and honest service. Chris, you have earned my business and we will be calling you again for our electrical needs. Your reputation of being upstanding is well earned. Thank you for setting such a high bar and taking care of my family when we needed assistance.

Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and quick! I called about an issue for a customer and he was able to get someone by the next day. The estimate arrived about an hour after the inspection. I recommend them to all of my customers!

Last week our warranty company assigned Elite Electric for the work order that needed to be done and Chris the electrician went above and beyond to make sure the work order was done properly. He is very thorough and made sure everything was working and up to code. Chris is an asset to the company. Chris asked me to provide a few specifics and let me know that I likely did not need everything I requested and provided me two estimates just in case. I was given a same day appointment window. Around 11:40 Nick called to let me know he’d arrive within 30 minutes. Nick was courteous, professionally, and was obviously an expert at the work he performed. Chris was correct I only needed a subset of what I requested. Nick completed the work. We paid the bill which was the lesser of the two estimates provided. Nick sent an email with our receipt. We reached out to Elite Electric Solutions after having a fire at our home. The owner, Chris, responded within the hour. When he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our electrical panels and outlets to reassure us that our electrical system hadn't been compromised. He was very personable and understanding of our concerns. He also informed us that our smoke detectors had expired and should be replaced every decade and looked at a few outlets that we had concerns about.

Chris was a very relaxing person to speak with and he helped put our minds at ease with his expertise and willingness to communicate with us about the issues he saw in our home. At our request, he quickly sent us a report of his analysis to share with our insurance company which helped us with our claim. We were truly satisfied with their work and can't say enough good about him and the company.

Elite Electric Solutions, WOW!!! What a great company. Chris came to my family's rescue. Last week a tree fell in my yard and destroyed the power line coming to my house. I had my first electrical issue as a first time homeowner and had seen Elite had nothing but great reviews. Their team picked up the phone almost immediately, explained how the service would work and got a tech out fairly quickly. Moises took no more than a minute or two to diagnose the issue and had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. I had an issue with the outlet that my fridge was plugged in. Moses showed up on time and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Overall communication was exceptional. I was worried about food spoiling but Elite took care of it. Great service!!

Chris and team are honest professionals. Their quote was extremely competitive and very fair, the thing that really sets them apart however is how good they are at executing the work. The opportunity presented itself to get my 200 amp service upgrade started earlier which meant the whole job was done ahead of schedule. The county inspector even went out of his way to tell me Elite's work was excellent and I had "hired the right people for the job". Even the Georgia Power contractor crew went out of their way to quickly disconnect and re-connect service, I suspect this is because Chris and team are well known and respected local electricians. I recommend Elite and will use them again next time I need an electrician.
