I have been working with 1 call away for many, many years. They are like family around here. They have found & repaired leaks upstairs, replaced toilet bowls, replaced/updated plumbing inside my bathroom walls & were included on my bathroom remodel. They maintain & have replaced my water heater, outside spickets, shower heads etc. You name it, they have been there to help me with it. They show up when they are called, on time & ready to go! They show up with what is needed for the job, every time. If you are looking for honesty, no overselling, fair prices & a company with an honest reputation that creates a relationship with the customer & truly cares, Call Dan @ 1Call Away. They know their stuff and you can trust them. I've trusted them for almost 20 years, you wont be disappointed.

Cody the worker was amazing the owner Dan was very rude I was debating wether or not Cody had been there 3 or 4 hours I proceed to say I’m okay with the work but since the piece he put in blew out because it was not tight enough it took it over a little bit. I tell Dan this he tells me “Stop bitchin, he dug it up with a shovel and worked hard and I didn’t even charge you the 200 after hour fee!!!”

First off if you gave your workers the proper materials to actually work you wouldn’t have to hire your family/Sons to do all your work

Secondly it’s not my fault that you schedule a certain way I didn’t know it was passed his hours nor do I actually care because I’m not the one who sent him to work with a shovel and his bare hands. Again Cody was great but I told them they’ll stay a little company with Dan’s customer service

I have used this company for my plumbing needs a few times. They always get the job done and in a very quick and timely manner. Both Dan and Cody are very professional and knowledgeable in the business. Will always use them for my plumbing needs.

I'm going to have to say, Dan's Your Man! My husband and I did not know Dan prior to this job. We had a well company come out and let us know that our well was going dry! We were very upset about this to say the least. Fortunately, we were able to hook up to Rockdale County Water. Frustrated and not knowing where to turn in order to run a water pipe from our house to the street , I looked up plumbers in Conyers. I saw the reviews for Affordable Plumbing and I called the number. Dan Williams picked up immediately. I was very impressed by how kind he was and how he listen to me. He assured me he could do the job because this job wasn't just any job, it was a big job! He reassured me he's been a plumber for a very long time and running a water pipe all the way from our house to the road would be no problem. I have to add, we live on 6 Acres and I was a little afraid of what all this would cost. Dan came out to the house and quoted us and we agreed on his quote. I may say Dan is very reasonable with his pricing. Any Plumbing you have done is not going to be cheap , but he is very reasonable compared to other plumbers . He came out today with his crew and they did an excellent job and now we have county water! Another thing I would like to add about Dan, is he answers his texts every time. Every time I texted him, boom he replied back immediately! I was really impressed by this. His work crew was very kind and considerate. We are just so happy that we have running water when we were running out! Dan we appreciate you and your crew saving the day! Dan, I felt the least I could do is give you the highest rating on the reviews and to eliminate anyone's worries that needs a plumber, because you're the man Dan!

Easy. Searched, called at 5am and was given a timeslot. I received a call 30mins before the timeslot from Cody that he was on the way. Cody showed up on time, quicky found the problem and 30mins later, he was done. I was completely satisfied with the service and I would recommend anyone to use them! Hopefully was will not have any more issues or emergencies, but if we do, I know who to call!!

I had a leak under my house and called Dan at One call away plumbing and he was the most pleasant person to speak with. He told me that his assistant Cody would be out at my house that afternoon and even after it raining that day, Cody showed up and got the job done and in a very speedy manor. Cody was definitely raised to respect his elders. He was very well mannered and the most pleasant person to work with. I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Very very respectful company and I can't say enough good things about them. Call them for all of your plumbing needs. Thanks again Dan and Cody. Y'all are amazing.

I called this morning thinking I would have to wait a couple of days for service but he came out within the hour. Found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was very professional, and very kind. He took time to explain it to me and to answer my questions. Would highly recommend.

If you ever need a plumber, 1 Call Away are the ones to call! Super prompt, did an amazing job fixing my pipe, very affordable, and genuinely the nicest, most personable plumbers I’ve ever met. Definitely using them again!

I called in the morning and Aaron was there in the afternoon. He gave me two estimates and we discussed everything. He was very honest and helpful. My appointment for replacement took place the next day. The system was 24 years old. Larry and Jeremiah completed the job in less then a day and again explained everything. Everyone down to my phone contacts were very informed and NICE. I will use them again if needed.

Peppers is absolutely great!!! I was in need of a new air conditioning system. I received a quote from another company but the customer service, attention to detail and follow-up I received from Peppers was fantastic!!!! Christy is awesome and she is a wonderful asset for the company. She followed up and she walked me through the process. The installation was smooth and they even sent a Quality Control manager to check on the work after the installation. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Peppers! They provided excellent quality service, equipment and value.

Andrew arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable getting right to work on the job at hand. They have also installed the HVAC system for other family members and have always been there to service them if needed. Would and have recommended them to others.

I will always use Peppers Heating and Air and will recommend them to family and friends. They are “service with a smile”. I can always count on them for emergencies. Whenever things happen with my air or furnace, they respond immediately with the help that I need.
Also, they have very friendly and knowledgable people , from the person that answers the phone to the workers that comes to do the work.

Jeremy was our technician today and we were very pleased with his service. He spent about 1 hour here and he provided us with a written report stating the services he provided including pictures of his test results.
I've had some trouble over the last few years finding competent service technicians but I would definitely recommend Pepper's if you need any a/c work done...and ask for Jeremy!!!

The Pepper family knows how to run a business. I only recently

The office staff on the phone was professional and friendly. The service technician was timely and thorough. He took the time to show me how to install a new air filter on a system that is new to our family. I felt comfortable with this company entering our home and providing quality services. We will definitely use Pepper’s again.

So they sent out two technicians William and Jackson to try to help solve the problem we have been having for almost five years that we have been here. They were very professional and courteous and they made me feel very comfortable about the service they were providing me. They took time to speak with my husband about his concerns with the drain pan and the condensation lines. They even took time to address some things outside by the unit. If 10 stars were available I would give it to them both

Late on a Friday night we noticed it was a little warm in the house. Went to check the thermostat and sure enough, no AC.

After sweating through the night I hopped on Google, hoping there was somebody who could come out on a Saturday. Peppers popped up and had the good reviews to get a call. I spoke with Lisa, who was very pleasant and helpful. Within TWO HOURS of our conversation they had a technician at my house, with informative and helpful texts leading up to his arrival.

The tech, Michael, greeted me in the driveway. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got right to work diagnosing the problem (capacitors in the fan motor went out), and immediately ordered the part to get it fixed.

Michael stayed in touch while we waited on the part to ship, and as soon as it was in, he was back out here and had the unit working again within about an hour. He even cleaned the condenser for no extra charge! What a guy!

Our AC has been purring like a kitten ever since - something we will never take for granted again.

Can't recommend Peppers enough! Their communication and professionalism is unparalleled.

Was not a current customer of Peppers, but they got me their schedule and had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Mike was very professional and took care of the issue in no time. I will definitely call Peppers again if I ever have HVAC issues in the future and would highly recommend them to all.
