We have been having issues with our heat pump system for this past year and recently those gremlins showed up again. Tech Isaiah gave the whole system a thorough inspection and came back with photos and facts. My 12 year old system has many issues I was not aware of. Isaiah gave me several options for repair vs replacement. Now my wife has informed me that it is my system, but I can make an informed decision. I trust Premier Heating and Cooling!

The manager Austin has a pleasant personality. He listens, evaluates and ensures customer satisfaction and that is exceptional! I had Anterio for the initial visit, Eric and Blake came by on separate occasions to complete an issue. Each technician had their degree of knowledge and I appreciate that. Blake the final tech, completed the service and was very pleasant and polite. He went above and beyond in my opinion as he anticipated needs without me asking. Something simple as advising to change the filter even though that was not a part of your service call, is very meaningful and gave that WOW factor. Thank you!!

I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years and Premier is the only HVAC company that services my unit. Bryan is the best tech. He explains everything to you and answers any questions you may have. He’s never in a rush and makes sure you’re fully satisfied before he leaves. I highly recommend them.

I had my heating unit checked and had a wonderful Tech named Noah come out and do the inspection. Wonderful person and great tech!!! So glad to have met him!

The technician that came to my house was excellent. Although I wasn't home, my son told me that he was great. I say excellent because he took his time to diagnose the problem. He didn't do a quick assessment. I can honestly say since he fixed the problem. I have had no more issues. Thanks Antero. I'm not sure if I spelled his name correctly.

I had a great experience with Premier HVAC company. Very professional and they did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with my system and will be recommending to my friends in need of HVAC service. Hands down their pricing was better than any quotes received from other HVAC companies. And they were able to work with me on an affordable and comfortable payment plan. My sales rep was top notch.

If I could give "0" stars I would. This company is a JOKE!! I work for a truss plant in Conyers and we had them come out on MLK day which was 1/19/26 because our heat went out. They sent a young men out who told us that he had to order a piece for our unit. Well 2 weeks go by and we didn't hear from them so we called and we were informed that we has a balance due of about $300. So instead of calling us you didn't do ANYTHING... NO call.. NO email.. NO nothing!! We paid the balance and was told that someone will be out within the week. About 4-5 days later the young man that came out previously installed whatever part that was needed. We paid over $1000 for this part. Within a 1/2 hour a co worker started smelling smoke. My boss investigated and realized that the technician bypassed a step and the whole building could have burned up. We called the company the same evening to be told that a supervisor and another technician will be out first thing in the morning when you should have been out here that same evening!! Guess what?? The next morning.....
NO ONE showed up!! NO CALL..NO SHOW..
We had to call them again. We were told that they had an emergency somewhere else that needed their attention. REALLY?!? You almost burnt our building down but you needed to be somewhere else?? When he finally did show up we had another company here to give us a quote to replace the unit that YOU had burnt up. Sorry... NOT sorry.
PLEASE don't waste your time with this company for your heating and air needs. You will DEFINATELY be disappointed!!

Our HVAC blower and other components of our furnace were cleaned. The technician, Kyle, was knowledgeable, courteous and showed us before and after pictures of his work. Everything looks good. We’re expecting better efficiency from the unit after the cleaning and that will take a little time to determine if there is added efficiency but overall we are pleased.

They sent a great group of guys to install my brand new HVAC unit. They all were very professional and seemed to love their job. I highly recommend this company.

My First-Hand Customer Experience (Exceeded All Expectations)!

Premier (HVAC Tech) Kyle McCrary performed semi-annual preventative maintenance and also identified system discrepancies which were verified by Avery Fuller (Kyle’s Supervisor).

After I reached for system discrepancies work-arounds (alternate repair options), Avery Fuller made me and excellent offer and I purchased Two (2) Systems to replace a failed and failing unit(s):

A.) 2.5 Ton 15.2 Seer R-32 Goodman Straight Cool Condenser w/ Coil

- (and) -

B.) 3.5 Ton 15.2 Seer R-32 Goodman Straight Cool Condenser w/ Coil

The Planned / Contractual (promised) next day installation of new systems was heading towards cancellation due to heavy snow forecasts for locations around / near Conyers, Georgia.

On the planned next day for installation, before the snow storm fully hit, Jennifer Godfrey (new Office Manager), went above and beyond to notify me (early in the morning) of my purchased products and services (Two Systems) deliveries and installations being potentially cancelled due to the imminent major inclement sub-freezing snow weather event.

Jennifer coordinated and prepared a Primary crew and a Backup crew to complete the installation of my two newly purchased systems on the day initially committed to contractually (if I still wanted a crew to complete the installations of my purchases even though inclement sub-freezing winter snow weather was imminent).

I respectfully declined Jennifer’s professional (sincere with personal concern) offer to complete the new purchase installations on the day initially contracted; and then, Jennifer immediately committed to having a service installation crew at my home promptly on Monday morning following the end of the inclement sub-freezing snow weather event.

Marlon Green (HVAC Technician) arrived Monday morning ahead of schedule and stayed “On-Top and On-Point” during the entire duration of completing my installations!!! Marlon’s technical competence and technical proficiency are phenomenal (A Go-To / Go-Getter / Heavy-Hitter)!!!

Daniel Perez (HVAC Technician) teamed with Marlon Green and they were also later joined by Karl Davis (Daniel’s Supervisor).

The Conyers, GA Service Manager, Austin Fuller, welcomed my feedback after the new Office Manager (Jennifer Godfrey) introduced us virtually.

I shared with Austin, how satisfied I was with the products and services delivered; but, even more impressed by the professionalism, competence, and proficiency of the entire Conyers service team and crew they sent to my home (especially Marlon Green’s technical skill-sets and ACUMEN) following the inclement sub-freezing snow weather event make-up installation time and date.

All expectations were exceeded with exemplary performance for others to emulate!!!

The technician Isaiah and Justin were very well knowledgeable and customer service outstanding. Their inspection was outstanding and recommendations. My current heating furnace was blowing cold air.
