Had a great Experience with my new Install of my Ac unit yesterday. Daniel Perez, Jacob Cherry, Marlon Green and another Tech, however I couldn’t remember his name did an awesome job with my install! Very professional, and efficient with the job. If you’re looking for AC services give Premier Heating and Air a call and they will take care of you. Look no further. Great job guys!

Requested service over the weekend for AC that wasn't running, they called me Monday to schedule an appointment, and they diagnosed and repaired the system Tuesday morning. Very responsive, no complaints.

My family and I can look forward to a cool summer thanks to Omega Heating and Air. Both of our units had to be replaced. The installation technicians came in and handled business in a timely and professional manner. They were pretty friendly and answered any questions we had.
Jason the "comfort advisor" was very helpful as well. Any time I had a question he was just a phone call away. Thank you Omega Heat & Air.

O' Neal and his crew were professionals. They went the extra mile to ensure that the equipment was up to the standards I expected, the installation was professionally installed and they didn't rush when the install was over and it was time to insure the heating and AC were outputting the air properly. This install was a week ago, and while I normally would wait a while longer to post a review for a major project such as this, I would recommend this company if you need an HVAC Installation.

Zach came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit. Immediately after assessing the situation he was able to pinpoint the problem and suggest solutions based off his knowledge and experience. Our unit needed to be replaced and he reached out to his supervisor and got us a consultation within the same day!! Good service is hard to come by and we really appreciate Zach.

Update 2: Omega honored our agreement for the winter service check (I skipped the spring one since my furnace was already serviced). The tech was thorough, the recommendations were fair, and the office staff was great. My earlier customer-service concerns were resolved. I’ll keep using Omega and have already recommended them to a colleague who needed a full HVAC system.
Update: I received a call from Omega re my customer service issues. The ops mgr was very professional and showed genuine concern about my experience. We discussed and agreed on a resolution, and I’m now waiting to hear back from them to proceed with the implementation.

Depending on how this resolution unfolds, I will reconsider my position on continuing to do business with them, which I'd rather continue.

On a side note, CJ, I believe the date you found for my start of service was actually a follow-up. I think it was around 2013–2014.

I can’t recall exactly when I first started dealing with this company, but it was well over a decade ago. Back then, their service was exceptional across the board—from purchasing my AC unit to the tech services and customer support. Unfortunately, recent experiences with their customer service have been deeply disappointing.

The tech who worked on my issue was excellent, as always. However, the office staff left a lot to be desired. The first person I spoke to had an attitude, as if my call for service was an inconvenience. The last representative I dealt with was even worse. I got the impression that she didn’t care about the urgency of my situation—even as temperatures dropped.

I suspect she didn’t order the part I needed when she was supposed to, and when she finally did, the holidays caused further delays. Frustrated, I asked her for the part number so I could try to source it myself. I also explicitly requested that she not cancel the initial order since I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to order the HVAC part on my own. Despite this, I’ve heard nothing from her. It’s been over two weeks, and I still don’t know if my part has arrived.

This level of poor customer service has made me question ever using this company again. It’s truly disheartening because I’ve always appreciated their products, tech services, and the excellent customer support they once had. Sadly, it seems that the quality of their customer service is no longer a priority.

I’ve already shared my experience on Nextdoor, letting neighbors who need HVAC services know that I can’t recommend this company and why. Unfortunately, this is how companies lose loyal customers and, eventually, risk going out of business.

O'Neil and his crew arrived at the time agreed, too. He was professional in introducing his crews and their started right way to install my new a/c system. In the past, I have had many other technicians to my home, but O'Neil and his crew had been the best so far. My system was installed so neatly that I kept complimenting him that he was doing such a great job. He was very helpful in giving me tips on what I needed to do if I thought that something was wrong with my system. When it was time to install my new thermostat, he showed me the necessary instructions I needed to be able to program my new device. When the job was completed, they cleaned up whatever mess was there. I will definitely use Omega Heating and Air again if I need any a/c work done. Thank you again for your exceptional work.

I called Omega and they scheduled a same day appointment to see why my AC unit wasn’t cooling. Zach R. was my service guy. He texted me when he was on his way, asked clear questions, quickly determined the issue and fixed it! He installed my new air filter, made sure the outside unit worked properly, he even cut back the long grass around it! Zach was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely call Omega again for my AC needs!

I just had my HVAC replaced by Omega. WOW What a great experience. Not only did they come right away but Jason explained everything I needed, gave me 4 options. No pressure!! When I decided which one I wanted he set it up and I had a new system in 48 hours. The techs were equally good!! They showed me how to use the new thermostat before they left. I HIGHLY recommend Omega, especially for seniors!!

I'm coming up on a year since getting my new system installed and I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Omega . It's nice when another family makes you a part of theirs. My AC unit stopped cooling on a hot afternoon.
The quick response was impressive. Zach arrived within a couple of hours. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and the problem with the AC was explained clearly. The transparency was appreciated.The work was completed efficiently, restoring cooling to the home, which was a huge relief! the technician was very professional.

Keith has been great! He’s been working to make sure our unit is fixed properly.
