My experience with this company and their employees was really positive. I have unfortunately made a bad hire or two over the years with contractors of various sorts and then some good ones. A previous different crawl space company hire was likely one of my worst (I will refrain from naming), but American Crawlspace Solutions could be one of my best and I wish that I had called them to begin with.

My sales rep. Michael was great from the start and spent a great deal of time on the phone and in person in our home explaining information in depth. Once a plan was determined, he provided reasonable pricing and got us on the schedule quickly. His crew had to make two different trips to complete the job and they were on time and very courteous and professional and left their work area likely better than they found it. The crew leaders were Zach and Jeffery and assisted by Jordan and Mike. I would certainly recommend these guys and would use them again in the future. Working with good down to earth trustworthy people and companies who stand behind their work and word makes all of the difference.

Friendly, honest and professional service! They were incredibly responsive and thorough. They removed mold, sealed the crawlspace and also identified major plumbing issues I had no idea about! Their expertise saved me from potential disaster. I can already see the difference in my home's comfort and air quality. Chris was so helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Jordon was communicative with the work being performed. Highly recommend!

The crew who worked in my crawl space were phenomenal! They were professional, respectful, clean/tidy and punctual. There had been a lot of rain and our yard was soft plus we have a sprinkler system so we flagged the sprinkler heads and these guys maneuvered the maze through it all without damaging anything. I had mildew around my A/C vents upstairs which ended up being caused from too much humidity in my crawlspace. I also had some drainage issues, so I was calling landscapers and talked to them about the crawlspace.They didn't do crawlspaces, but gave me a personal recommendation for a guy named Michael. I called and found out that he worked with American Crawlspace Solutions. Michael came out, took time to access the problem and provided solutions. He sent a "good/better/best" quote. His responsiveness, straight answers to ALL my questions, and ability to work within my budget won me over (I had quotes from three other companies). The date was set, texts clearly communicated the next steps. Jordan and his team sent an ETA text, arrived on time, worked diligently for over 5 hours straight, were very friendly and professional, and thoroughly cleaned up before they left. It was a seamless, stress-free process from start to finish.

We had a very positive experience working with American Crawlspace Solutions to add some support to our home in the crawlspace. They were quick and efficient through the process, always happy to explain the process and answer all the questions that we had throughout the process. The only negative was that I had to tidy up a couple things once they left, but these were very minor. I would definitely recommend ACS to anyone looking to utilize their services.

Because of insurance requirements, I contacted ACS about an uneven walkway. The sales Reps, Joel Tobias and Josh, were very professional and were able to give us an estimate that was reasonable for what we required. They were very friendly and took all the time we needed, answering questions. Joel followed up with texts and phone calls. When the techs came to do the work today, we were so impressed, we had them do an additional job. Jordon and Kyron were just as impressive as Joel and Josh were. We are pleased with the results and will use them again should the need arise.

Great company! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and worked efficiently. They were professional and courteous. Fair price. I had them encapsulate and put in drainage, sump pump and they did some support work for me as well. Joel was stellar as my point of contact. I definitely recommend this company for your Crawlspace needs. :)

My entire interaction with American Crawlspace Solutions was everything I could hope for. My first interaction was with Joel, the sales person. Joel was more of a counselor than a sales person. He listened carefully to my concerns, issues, and objective about my crawlspace. We actually sat in the crawlspace together and discussed the entire situation. Joel spent another 30 to 45 minutes evaluating the crawlspace, determining the area of the problem and presenting multiple options. He also spent another 30 to 45 minutes explaining everything to my wife and me. With Joel's assistance, we agreed on a solution and a price.

Within a couple of hours, I received a call from Michael to schedule the work. Another impressive conversation that showed an interest in making sure that a time and date were totally compatible with my schedule. The delay in the schedule date was actually because of my schedule, but the arrangement was for a day less than a week away.

On the appointed day, Jordan, Jeremy, and Joshua arrived right on time. All three gentlemen were friendly, organized, and capable. I got a chance to speak to all three and they were all responsive, positive, and affable. They each knew their role in the process, and the execution of the work was flawless. They showed me the completed work and made sure that I was satisfied. I asked for a demonstration of the pump. Without any delay, they added water to the sump and demonstrated the action of the pump.

I could not be more pleased with American Crawlspace Solutions, the personalism of all the people, the professionalism of their work, and the ability to provide a cost effective solution. The entire process, from my meeting with Joel to the project completion was less than a week. Well done!

Josh and Zach were great listeners and explained all that will be done to level our porch. Zach and assistant worked quickly and completed the porch in a timely manner. They cleaned up completely and the porch looks great!

I recently just used American Crawlspace for two crawlspaces we have. I have recommended them to about 10 people over the years, and everyone who have used them, have been very satisfied. We were also very satisfied.
I like the way they do the encapsulation and know it will solve some moisture problems we had long term.

American Crawlspace Solutions did a very good job encapsulating our 30 plus year old crawl spaces which had been steadily deteriorating over time. Michael was a pleasure to work with on the sales side, and the field crew was prompt and professional with all their work. This company’s approach to crawlspace encapsulation was a more efficient approach than the approach other companies presented to us. They were responsive to our several requests for pricing alternates and upgrades. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job leveling my sidewalk and on my driveway. They were punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area very well before they left.

Excellent experience with ACS! Josh was professional and friendly right from the start and took great care of us. Called three crawlspace companies for quotes and ACS was very competitive with pricing and offered the best options for the money. Josh was the only one who found a condensation problem on one of our vents in the crawlspace. He did a thorough pre and post job inspection. Very pleased with the results. Crawlspace is holding steady at 50% humidity now. Love it.
