A Huge Thank You to Merry Maids for coming into our Ga home & completing a daunting job of restoring it to its former cleanliness after the tenants moved out. Your team of Sara who did the estimate & walk through, cleaning team of Jocelyn, India, & Chelsea, & Livia your QC leader who came in mid day to make sure I was pleased with work & followed up on work the team had already done were all so friendly & professional! The ladies worked from 9 - 4:30 without stopping! They were Awesome! We are so pleased with your company! Thank You!

I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about. They over charge and under clean. I paid over $500 for a detailed cleaning and it looked like barely anything had been done. My home was clean at a glance but I was looking for deep cleaning such as baseboards, blinds, dusting everywhere, etc. None of that was done as I was able to clearly see dust and other markings in the same place I left them. I am so disappointed to have paid so much for so little. I also expect reputable companies to be forthcoming not sneaky, Merry Maids has it in the fine print that if the cleaning is not up to par you have only 24 hours after the service to contact them and let them know. I waited around for a day or two expecting that someone from the company would reach out to me regarding my satisfaction but no, they want you to contact them and they make sure not to even attempt to reach out to you until that 24 hours passes and they charge you the full amount. Again, I've never worked with any reputable company that tries to trap you into paying for services without confirming your satisfaction, that's scam behavior. This was the biggest waste of money and I hope others find this review helpful and go for another cleaning company.

Chloe cleaned my house and I was extremely pleased with how it turned out if you ever need your house cleaned by a true professional Chloe is the one to request! Highly recommend her!!

This service is AWESOME!! I have been with Merry Maids for a few years now and I thoroughly love everything about them.. they live up to their name for one! Not only do they do the job well and right but, for me, it makes a huge difference the "vibes" I get from the people I do business with. It's an up lifting experience to interact with them!! My professional is "Adelina" and she always comes with a giant smile and I can feel that my place was "loved and cared for" when I return.. Positive customer service and excellence is them!!!

Bailey assists with the professional cleaning of my facility and she always does great work. Bailey is always on time, does a very thorough cleaning and makes sure that all of our cleaning needs are met before she leaves for the day. Not only does Bailey provide great customer service, but she also has an amazing bubbly personality as well!

Hit or miss. I've used them twice and the 1st time was absolutely amazing. I hate i cant remeber her name. The 2nd cleaning as well as communication with the company is definitely below standard. With out going into full details the honest advice I can give to you, is give them a try and I hope u are assigned a cleaner who cares and pays attention to details. Good luck.

This is my first time using Merry Maids and they were awesome!! Karyn is the supervisor and she was great at explaining the different service they provided. The fact that there is no membership or cancelation fees sold me!! On top of that, she comes out on your first visit to make sure everything is going well with your cleaning. The young ladies Chloe and Bailey were awesome!! They were friendly and fast at getting things done!! They are a great duo!! I will have them back on a monthly basis!! I feel more relaxed and can let my hair down!! If you use this service, please request them. Thank you all!

Absolutely loved Brittany! Well, first off, we appreciate Kathryn who is the manager and coordinates all the cleanings for us. She sent us Brittany this time and we couldn’t be happier! Brittany was super sweet, kind and promptly on time. She cleaned thoroughly and smiled the entire time. No rush and did an excellent job! It was a pleasure meeting Brittany and we can’t wait to have her back!

Never ever use Merry Maids services; I just cancel my services with Merry Maids. More than once, Merry Maids came to our house, they did not mop the floors; imagine having sticky floors after cleaning! Worst of all, they said they guarantee their services.How can you guarantee professional services when the minimal requirements cannot be met? If this is the case, I guess anyone can provide "professional" cleaning services. In addition, they want to make a walk through after providing bad services. If I had the time to do that, I am pretty sure I would not be paying people to clean my house.
And again, run away from Merry Maids, Merry Maids is only after your money.

I have used their service twice and I would have to say I have been pleased. I like the consistency in the service and the regular schedule. Communication and response could improve but the service has been great. Brittany does a really good job. I’d recommend to be specific in what you need done and possibly a check list.

My house is spotless after the cleaning, a wonderful job. Ashley and Patty were very thorough and very nice. I very much like Merry Maids.
