Called to try to get a service call, but they were rude and not interested in providing the service. Will not recommend.

My husband called to ask a question about our washing machine and they were the rudest people ever. How they ever get any business is beyond me.

They always got the part I need but those parts guys need to go to Walmart and get a personality.

They sell items at jacked up rates. You're better off buying online. If the product is bad they don't replace or reimburse

They were able to deliver a fridge to me late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving! They had to take my messed up screen door off to bring the fridge in, and they fixed the door when they put it back on. I was very thankful!

Hello, I need a manager to call me 1st thing in the morning. I have an emergency situation. It was caused by 1 of the repair men, but surprisingly they did NOT come back to fix it today. Even though I called & came to the office about the situation... All my food is sitting outside in boxes to keep cold because he killed my refrigerator, when he left he said it wasn't working. I assumed he would come back to fix it! He was simply checking the thermostat. All my newly bought groceries from my freezer are ready thawing out! Thank you!
