The group of technicians that replaced our rusted out water heater with a tankless one were all incredibly nice and professional. They covered our floors to remove the old water heater and connected the new one and cleaned up everything before leaving. Shout out to John, Chris, and Anthony for setting us up!

We had a leak and we called on Sunday afternoon and they came first thing Monday morning. Jase Chastain was professional and polite and was able to diagnose our issue and repair it within a couple of hours. Very reasonable rate compared to other plumbers we’ve hired in the past. I had a bad leak under kitchen sink plus leak in faucet in the kitchen and in one of our bathrooms. My son recommended High Mark to me and I called and spoke to David and also Patty. Yesterday Cliff Gilland came out to fix our problem. I have never been so pleased as I was with everyone at High Mark! Cliff completely fixed our problem and was professional, great at

I would like to say how grateful I am for High Mark Plumbing in Dalton GA. Our office has been out of water for 5 days due to a water leak, and my cousin referred me to High Mark Plumbing, and Cliff Gilland has been here since this morning when I called, he himself personally dug up the waterline (with a shovel) fixed the problem, and has been very professional, and detailed with all of the information pertaining to the problem. He told me what the cost would be going forward before he proceeded to fix it, so the price before proceeding to fix it, which most companies would fix it and send you an astronomical bill. Without Cliff's expertise and knowledge of the situation, he rolled up his sleeves and got to work to get the problem fixed, keep in mind I work for the City of Varnell, and I could not be happier with his work, and steady pace throughout the day getting the city offices taken care of, so a Big Thank You to Cliff Gilland, Patty, and David at High Mark Plumbing for being attentive to a business in desperate need today! This has been a good week thanks to High Mark Plumbing and Cliff Gilland. Last weekend, 8/3/25, our drain lines stopped up but would drain down very slowly. I tried to clean the traps out which made the problem worse. Monday I called High Mark Plumbing and speaking with Poly I knew I had made the right choice. They were recommended by a previous customer. Cliff came out Tuesday evening to check the problem and made a material list with a budget estimate. It was a fair price and a good plan of repairs. Cliff returned Wednesday by 2pm, completed the repairs, checked for leaks and was done by 8pm that evening. High Mark worked our our job into their schedule, the fit & finish was the best and I appreciate Cliff's Professional approach. High Mark is our "go to" plumbing service company, I recommend highly. Tough job well done.

My husband found a leak from the shower going into the basement- Cliff came out the next day (today) to track it down and ended up finding a huge problem with our septic that could have been extremely costly just in time. Then he recommended a fantastic pumping/septic service and communicated relevant info to them to get the problem fixed fast. The entire time he was so respectful and communicative, I felt like I understood the process and he patiently explained everything to both myself and then my husband when he came home. He understood our situation and helped us prioritize where we needed to spend our money first and even checked out a defunct shower and fixed it (it was a problem we SHOULD have been able to solve) and didn’t hassle us for figuring it out. He spent most of the day here, problem solving and was worth every penny and even more. I cannot recommend more highly.

I’ve used Highmark Plumbing a couple of times now, and they’ve always been honest and professional. John Brown was the most recent plumber who helped us, and he did a great job. Highly recommend!

I called High Mark plumbing first thing Monday morning about a water heater issue and they had a technician come out less than an hour after. They were quick to assess the potential issues and answered any and all questions we had. Cliff did a fantastic job, was quick with the repair, and took extra care to ensure the house was as it was before he came. We appreciate their quality work and rapid response to our problem.
