Constraction reviews in Decatur, Georgia

Parnell and crew were professional, prompt and efficient. They removed a significant amount of old attic insulation for us and decontaminated the area after having some uninvited guest living up there.

I contacted this business to set up an appointment for an estimate to have mold removed from an apartment.

I engaged in back and fort texts where they initially gave me a time to come by the apartment to assess it for an estimate to remove the mold. But then they informed me on subsequent texts that my apartment owner would likely not pay for this. I told them I was aware of this and would pay Atlanta Mold and Cleaning out of pocket. They responded to this saying that they would not be able to do the job since the owner of the property would need to sign a contract, since Atlanta Mold and Cleaning could get sued in court if anything happened to the property. I told them this made no sense logically, because in removing mold from the apartment, they would be doing the property owner a favor.
They wasted my time and did nothing.

P.S. Also since you are wondering why I am complaining when I didn't have any work done by you? Well the answer is in the question; I am complaining since the work I inquired about was not able to be done, and that I wasted time on the inquiry.

Highly recommend Atlanta Mold and Cleaning to anyone that wants fair pricing, promptness, and professionalism! Parnell was excellent! Very punctual, and elaborated on what needed to be done so that I had a clear understanding. Look no further if you need assistance!

Parnell did a nice job remediating mold in our crawlspace. The crew was friendly and fast, and great value. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Decatur / North Druid Hills area.

Atlanta Mold and Cleaning did an excellent job at taking care of cleaning the mold out of my home. They're professional, reasonable on cost, & from start to finish they're great service. If you're in need of this type of service give Atlanta Mold and Cleaning a call.

The guys over at Atlanta Mold and Cleaning did a fantastic job with my home. Mold remediation is certainly something that no homeowner wants to deal with, but Atlanta Mold and Cleaning makes it as painless as possible and provides a great value for the amount of work that they do. Highly recommended.

Atlanta Mold and Cleaning did an outstanding job in remediating our crawl space. It took them 3 days and after they were done it looks amazing. Their crew were professional and explained the process and kept me informed of their progress. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation.

Parnell and his crew did an outstanding job. Exactly how he described what they would do. Clean up was excellent. A++++

Parnell was very responsive. He was out within a day to do a mold inspection and air test, and he was able to confirm for us very quickly we have absolutely no mold issues. He was able to help us alleviate any concerns very quickly.

Excellent job reviewing our home. We had a water leak and were concerned it would be mold. He gave honest and timely advice instead of upcharging us. Very thankful for a straightforward assessment. Should I ever have a real mold issue, we will use his services.

Parnell and his team showed up on time and did a great job including cleaning up after finishing the mold remediation. I would recommend them for any job that involves mold remediation.

Parnell came out to clean the mold in our basement after Hurricane Helene. He and his workers were very efficient and did a good job.

Parnell exceeded my expectations for the mold removal because our home had an odor. Once the mold and mildew was cleaned, the odor went away. His crew was professional and did an awesome job. My plumber even commented on the professionalism of the plastic lay out in the crawl space.

I strongly recommend using this company! We got water damage leaking from a flex tube wrapped in insulation foam sleeve, so the leak was not detectable on the drywall until it is too late from dripping behind the cabinet wall, causing surrounding hardwood floor color damage and kitchen cabinets ruined. To be sure there is no mold there, We contracted Parnell and his company AMC for this work. His team members, James, Alexandra brothers were fast, efficient, and professional. Parnell is prompt, on time, knowledgeable, experienced, accommodating and responsive. His charge are fair also he stands by his work for an extra 2 years.

Parnell and his teams did a wonderful job. The price was amazing. They were great they always on time I would’ve hired them again. Also recommend them to my friend and family. Keep up the good work.

Parnell and his crew were amazing. They came out to do an inspection quickly and quoted a very reasonable price compared to other companies. They did way more than they originally quoted. My crawlspace was an absolute mess with garbage and Mold. I also had a dryer pipe that was hung improperly. They installed a brand new pipe and vent for free! They even made another visit several months later to finish an area that needed some construction work. I have recommended this company to several friends and neighbors. A great overall experience despite the circumstances of mold! My crawlspace is beautiful and I don’t mind going under there anymore.

The guys at Atlanta Mold And Cleaning did fantastic job. Parnell and i agreed to a price and they held to it (unlike some of the companies out there). Parnell guys showed up when they said they would finished and finished on time. Crawl space was a mess when they started cleaner than i thought it would be when they finished. Great job, will be using them for next house

The basement in my home sustained extensive mold damage. At a glance the situation seemed hopeless. Parnell and his crew worked diligently to correct it. The area has been restored and it looks like new. Kudos to Parnell and his crew for doing a fantastic job.

Parnell came to give me a fair estimate the same day I called! He was honest, reasonable and his team was professional, efficient, hard working and on time! I am so impressed with the way everything turned out and they were flexible at meeting my needs (I work nights). While I hope not to need them again, they are the only remediation company I will ever use!

Parnell and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient. They explained In detail each part of their process and made me confident that I was not only resolving the problem that lead to mold, but preventing a future issue. They finished the job early and left my home clean. If I need any additional mold remediation services, I won’t hesitate to call Atlanta Mold and Cleaning.

After getting 6 other inspections and quotes, Mr. Parnell was by far the most knowledgeable and sincere. He gave me a number of scenarios and stands behind his work. He and his crew were punctual and quite efficient. He was fair and did only the work necessary while getting the entire job done - no shortcuts or half stepping here. I was grateful that he did not try to take advantage of me and am now getting him to work on another project for our company! (I would rate him 10 stars if I could!)
