We scheduled a Saturday at 11am for the project to be completed. Again, Parnell and his workers were at my home on time and went to work immediately. In October 2021 our area received approximately 21" of Rain over a three day period. The result was flooding of many homes including ours. We contacted SERVPRO to remove the wet carpet, wood, doors and sheetrock.

Would not recommend. If you’re dealing with this company, get everything in writing because they will change the cost and actions that they discuss with you on the phone and have no recollection of your prior conversations. Terrible customer service and rude on the phone. We called this location to inspect and confirm mold that was found in our crawl space by another company who we had called for air duct cleaning. ServPro sent out an air testing hygienist (even though they said they’d send out a person to inspect in person before air testing) which ended up being a higher price then they originally told us on the phone. They then denied saying a different price (no paper trail). They said it’d be 48 hours on the air test results, we got them back after 96 hours after calling back when we hadn't gotten the results. Next, ServPro said they would send out someone for an in-person inspection which would be no charge to give us a quote for the remediation work and two gentlemen came out who were nice but called 30 minutes before the appointment to say they’d be an hour late. I then get a call from ServPro saying that it will be $75 for the quote unless we only go with them. Why am I going to go with a company that won’t even tell me what is wrong and lied about the quote being no charge? Stay clear of this company unless you want a major headache.

Edit- Their response is hilarious and exactly as expected. It's the customer's fault for all the miscommunication and ServPro can do no wrong. Stay away from this company!
