This office has been a nightmare to deal with. They will schedule you without putting you in their system so they will have to call a couple hours before to let you know they are running late. I have had them come to my home 4 times now, and they have been over an hour late each time to visit (one time it was 3 hours late).

When it came to scheduling the move of personal items and the demo they re-scheduled a total of 6 times. All times they called the day before.

Very unorganized, do not appreciate people's time and very unprofessional.

Will never use ServePro again.

Servpro did an excellent job to help with the flooding at my property. Michael was very professional, he was at the property within 30 minutes of my call. He gave me peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Its 2018 and ServPro refused to provide me an electronic copy of my invoice after I told them the copy sent to my adjuster was never received. They insisted I wait until my copy came in the mail. When I finally got the copy in the mail there was no itemization on the invoice only a dollar amount but no explanation of what was done or the cost would breakdown. When the guy initially came to the house he said no pre-authorization was needed because the damages shouldnt be over $2500. I received a over $3000 bill. The hardwoods were never removed until day 4 which is why drying time took even longer.

In the process of removing the floors and moving the fridge, other parts of my floor were damaged outside of the water damage which is completely upsetting.

ServPro did come out daily to check thats the one thing that was done right, but I'd never recommend them or use them again!!

I argued for 3 days over a simple electronic receipt to keep my claim moving and the customer service person Irene refused to do so because it was against policy. What type of policy is that in the age of electronics.

The team that responded to extreme damage to my house caused by burst pipes was completely professional and competent. Julius - the crew leader, was exceedling polite, knowledgable, and helpful during the time that was quite trying and emotional for me. The work that they preformed was of the highest quality. My house was uninhabitable and the level of mold made it impossible to breathe for more than a few minutes at a time. After 5 days of deep cleaning and dehydration - my house is ready for reconstruction and I feel safe spending extended periodsof time inside.

After fighting with my insurance company, firing my first plumber and two contractors later this was the only thing that went smoothly from star to finish. These young men and women mad it their business to take extra care of me after all I had been through. They packed all of my possessions and returned them. My furniture was clean and placed where I requested them to. I was concerned initially about all of my things being placed in storage but I had no reason and before they left with everything they definitely eased my concerns. Anytime I reached out, I always received a return call and if I needed an explanation, someone was always available to give me more information. Further, the staff was reliable, courteous, and respectable. Once I needed one of the techs to come back out to redo something, and he came back out the next day to honor my request.
