Emmanuel pressure washed my two-story house today and did a thorough job. He arrived promptly, immediately checked to see if I had any particular concerns, we did a quick walk around the house before he got to work. He took his time making sure to get everything and meet expectations. He was also extremely friendly and I would recommend him / his company.

Stay away from this guy as far as possible. After pressure washing our house, we noticed several issues he refused to address, including getting significant amount of soap/bleach residue on our neighbors house. Had the nerve to say he would have to charge us for travel to come back out and charge extra to fix his poor work. Left soap and bleach residue on our back porch as well as other parts of the house. Completely unprofessional and zero accountability.

His response below also has an obvious lie. You never showed before and after photos. That never happened. Also, far as the "walkthrough" goes, you had already put away all your equipment and we spent like 30 seconds looking walking around. Everything was still wet and many of the issues weren't obvious straight away. But I took you for your word. It is a completely moot point to say that the issues weren't brought up immediately when they weren't identifiable until everything dried out. Also, in my text exchanges with him, he claimed that he is based out of Gainesville so he would have to charge an additional travel fee to come back out. Funny considering his business is registered out of Decatur.

My 50-year-old driveway, sidewalk, and patio looked as though they had never been cleaned! Emmanuel did a spectacular job and they look good as new! He acts like he really enjoys his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick and Clean! Was a pleasure working with you”Apply The Pressure”. They were flexible in their scheduling and they said they would be there at 3:00 - arrived at 2:58 so nice to have a punctual team. Only took about an hour and they did a great job. Yes, I would hire them again.

Emmanuel did a great job pressure washing my driveway, entry way, and retaining walls. The retaining walls had built up a lot of moss over the years and it looked very dirty and unpleasant to the eye. Everything turned out super clean and I am pleased with the results.
