Our AirBnB host was using Kleenerly’s services. We showed up and the unit was not turned-over from the last guest - sheets were still half-pulled off the bed. We ended up having to make the bed ourselves as we were not left with very many other options at the last minute like that. Kleenerly sent a cleaner the next day. They were supposed to be there around 11 am, but they didn’t arrive until closer to 1 pm. As we waited around for them to complete the job, we noticed more than just the cleaner was entering and exiting our unit. A total of 4 adults and 3 children were in our unit while the cleaner was in there cleaning our unit. Meanwhile, all of our stuff was in the unit. I can only speculate as to why there were seven people in our unit while we were away, while only one (maybe two) people should have been there cleaning. But we didn’t get the unit turned back over to us until after 3 pm. It took the cleaner 2 hours to do what should have taken 20-30 minutes max for a two room unit. We crossed paths with the cleaner on her way out, and she remarked that she wanted to make sure the place was perfect for us on account of what we walked into initially. But then she added that they didn’t touch any of our stuff, that she only cleaned around it. We get back into the unit to find nearly all of our stuff had been moved. Thankfully we found nothing missing. And it appeared that she did a good job cleaning and resetting the room. However, we found the sheets that were placed on the bed to have stains. Considering that the cleaner and six strangers were in our two room unit while we were away for them to clean, we already didn’t feel safe staying there another night, so we opted to check out of the AirBnB and find new accommodations for the night. We also recommended to our host that they fire Kleenerly and find new housekeeping services.

We hired Kleenerly a couple of months ago for property management and have been working closely with Jhonathan. From the beginning, Kleenerly's efficient communication, flexibility and knowledge has enabled us to swiftly setup our STR. Over the past couple of months, Jhonathan has worked diligently to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, generating 5 star reviews within the first five guest stays. Jhonathan has maintained constant communication about any relevant issues as well as updates on things that are going well! Jhonathan is a pleasure to work with and treats our property as if it were his own. We are excited to continue our partnership with Jhonathan and Kleenerly!

I have been using Kleenerly for a few months for AirBnB turnover services and I would not recommend them to anyone. My contacts are consistently not responsive, and I’m currently scrambling to reach someone because they haven’t assigned anyone to clean the unit before my guests are scheduled to check in today. I wish there had been more honest reviews before I decided to partner with Kleenerly, so I hope this helps someone else avoid negative experiences like the ones I have had.

We were referred to Jon and the Kleenerly Company to help manage and rotate rental & housekeeping duties when we were first interested in purchasing an AirBNB to rent out. I needed the outside of the second floor windows of my home cleaned. (At 91, I can still take care of the first floor windows.) I decided to use Squeegee Squad-Dekalb to take care of the 2nd floor windows. I'm glad I did. I have never seen windows as clean as those cleaned by Squeegee Squad. Thank you Omar for doing such a great job and thank you for cleaning at no charge some of the downstairs windows that the breeze had blown some of the spray on! That's what I call going the extra mile.

Absolutely a lovely experience. People were polite, kind, asking permission about leaning a screen against a certain surface, checked everything, every detail, very thorough, very professional and the best part is the cleaning was perfect! Result, nice shiny, clean and sparkly windows! Will have them again and will highly recommend this company! This experience has restored my faith in people and businesses.

David and Josh did a fantastic job of cleaning my gutters,my roof,pressure washing my house and cleaning my windows,which were somewhat of challenge! Everything looks great and the price of all this work was more than reasonable!! I highly recommend the Squeegee Squad!!!!!!

We had a great experience with Squeegee Squad. We intended on having them clean our windows but kept putting them off. We decided to try them out for roof/gutter cleaning. The young man did a great job and was very polite. Jovi, the customer service manager consistently checked in when my schedule allowed. He is very patient and friendly. We will definitely use them for window cleaning in the Spring and in the meantime for gutter cleaning this Fall.

Squeegie Squad cleaned my windows and they sparkle! They also cleaned my gutters and washed my house. I will have them back out to pressure wash in the spring! They also hung my Christmas lights. It is so nice to come home in the evenings to a beautifully lit house and clean windows to look out of!

When I first spoke with the owner, David, I wasn't aware that Squeegee Squad did residential properties. I also didn't realize they did more than windows, either. Fast forward to today....and I am their biggest cheerleader!!!

Not only were there prices competitive but Julio did an outstanding job of cleaning our windows...inside and out....as well as all of the mirrors in the house. They have pressure washed our back patio, freeing it from the disgusting grime and algae that had taken residence over the summer. It's absolutely amazing the difference that they made. I never noticed how dirty our windows were until they were truly clean.

And whats even better? My wife is happy!!! I can't recommend David, Julio and the whole Squeegee Squad highly enough! Give them a call. You, too, could be a hero to your wife

We had Squeegee Squad clean all our windows inside and out this morning. They were AMAZING. Arrived on time, quickly got to work, very friendly and careful with all the things near the windows. We highly recommend them and will certainly have them come back again.
