We scheduled a house cleaning with Atlanta Cleaning Source and couldn't be happier with the results. Jenn, the owner, was so friendly, answered all of our questions and scheduled us on short notice. Angie and Jennifer did an unbelievable job with the cleaning--the house was pristine when they left (and we have two dogs and two cats!). Highly recommend, we will be doing business again with Atlanta Cleaning Source in the very near future

Atlanta Cleaning Source is reliable and always does a fantastic job. They are easy to communicate with and flexible if any changes ever need to be made. I look forward to coming home after every clean!

Upon the initial cleaning I was disappointed by some mistakes that were made. A light was broken and attention to details in certain areas of the space were overlooked. There was a spot on the wall that came about because of cleaning supplies used on a mirror.

Jenn came by this morning to correct the mistakes made. She cleaned every surface that needed some attention and some that were cleaned initially just for good measure. My apartment has a ton of dust and she made sure that as much of it was gone as possible. She also re vacuumed the floors and helped organize the jewelry. The sink drain was also re cleaned and disinfected.

A light was broken during the cleaning and Jenn has made sure to replace it and had it sent to me today. I was happy she was able to find one because when I first purchased this it was extremely hard to find.

I am glad that the company takes pride in their work and returned to make things right. I’ve never had a cleaning service in my home before and didn’t know what to expect. I also have a place that is very old and not renovated, so the tub and the shower was not an easy clean. The grout has very thin lines and it almost seemed impossible to get spotless, but they were able to do a much better job than I ever could.

My biggest issue is dust - my apartment’s hvac system is awful and the dust that gets blown out can be ridiculous. Jenn made sure that any spots where dust could be found was eliminated. She went back over the baseboards that gather a ton of dust and the tops of doors and surfaces that are hard to reach.

The women who initially cleaned did, indeed, have their work cut out for them in regards to dog dander and dust. I feel like they were thorough and I am glad there was attention to detail.

Overall, I’m glad that Jenn was able to make things right and am happy with my clean space. Initially there were some hiccups but they were willing to go back over anything overlooked and I am happy with the overall service.

The ACS team of 3 was awesome! They arrived on time that morning with cheerful, enthusiastic personalities. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. I waited until they cleaned to move into the 16 year-old home which had not been very well-maintained. The cleaning quality was excellent in every way, especially the problem areas I requested, which included a very grungy mildewed shower stall; and, kitchen oven and cabinets layered with grease! Their cleaning results now make it easier to move in until I am able to renovate some areas of the home. Thank you ACS for this service, as I didn't think I would find a cleaning service in Atlanta that handles this type of DEEP cleaning for seriously neglected residential homes!

Jenn with Atlanta Cleaning Source went over with me the cleaning supplies they use and offered to let me customize my cleaning routine and even provide the cleaning products that I know work for me. She went above and beyond what I had expected with her care and her knowledge and professionalism. I can't express how much that personal touch means and how rare it has been as I've looked for cleaning services. Very, very pleased with Atlanta Cleaning Source and highly recommend them.

We used ACS to clean our home following a bathroom remodel and in preparation for a new baby. We’ve always cleaned the houses ourselves and have never used a cleaning service. But now it’s hard to clean baseboards when you can’t even get your shoes on. I was thoroughly impressed by the job that was done. From washing windows to dusting blinds and vent covers, everything was cleaned in a manner that I would do it myself, if not better. They clearly moved items that were on shelves to dust, instead of just shuffling things around. They even washed dishes sitting in the sink! They were communicative and prompt with scheduling and with working around my husband and dogs who were at the house. They brought their own supplies, including vacuum. Overall a great service that I would absolutely use again. Pleased as punch and can’t wait to bring baby home!

Jenn and her team, Penny and Menisa did a great job tackling the deep cleaning of a room that had a troubling pet store smell and the adjoining bathroom that was in serious need of a deep scrubbing, the bathtub has never been whiter! They also did work in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and pantry. Which we found out we had a serious pest control issue in the pantry. They really both did the best they could while following OSHA guidelines. Jenn was wonderful with communicating with her team and myself throughout the entire process! She also provided her best advice regarding the pantry shelves. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and thorough cleaning with this stellar staff!

I am thrilled with the results of my initial clean! There were 3 people who came to the house to clean who showed up promptly at the beginning of the window of arrival, we did a brief walk through and they got to work. My household works full time plus so there were some ridiculous pain points. The laundry room had never been cleaned and was disorganized from regular use on top of the stray lint everytwhere, the main bathroom shower hadn’t been scrubbed in months. Other areas get cleaned more frequently, but the results were impeccable. Impeccable!! I genuinely felt so much joy after doing the walk through with them. I feel so relieved to finally have some help to manage the housecleaning. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Atlanta Cleaning Source deep cleaned a new home that we purchased so that it could be clean and ready to move in. Teesha was great with communicating back and forth to customize the scope of work to areas that I felt needed more attention than normal. The cleaners that came were friendly and took the time to walk through the house with my before and after the clean to understand my expectations and make sure I was pleased with the clean. They did a thorough job cleaning all of our baseboards, lighting, shelves, and kitchen. If I were to do it again, my only regret is that I didn't ask them to scrub the windows (they cleaned the sills as part of the general moving clean, but not the crevices around the window) - in hindsight I should have specified this in the scope of work!

This was my first time using a professional cleaning service and I cannot recommend Jenn and her team enough. We wanted to get the house show-ready, as it was going on sale, and we had 5 pets during our time there. It was in desperate need of some attention as you can imagine! Jenn was extremely responsive from the start, worked with our budget, and made sure that they stayed within that budget. She continuously texted in, letting me know where they were in the process and making sure we were okay with all being done. Not only this, but they were so kind and attentive throughout the entire process- again, I cannot recommend this crew enough. Thank y’all!

I had never used a cleaning service before, and was nervous about the process! With both of us working full schedules and maintaining so many activities as parents, we reached a point of needing help.
First of all, Jen was enormously helpful to walk me through what to expect during the phone consultation. She helped tailor the deep clean experience of our home, prioritizing the important things such as high dusting of ceiling fans/ walls, ledges and multiple windows of blinds. The paperwork contract was timely, the phone responses were timely, and the initial scheduling of the clean was very fast from the time I first reached out. One thing I can say about this company is that they really work with you according to your own situation, and the process moves along without any phone tag nonsense.
The day of the deep clean, Mack and LaNoya arrived and got right to work. They were very hard-working and professional. I have always cleaned my own house, so it was different to have someone doing it for me, but it was a great experience. When you are doing something like this, there is plenty of potential to have miscommunication, but I have been very satisfied with the amount of communication and ongoing clarification from the company. Jen was good about insisting that I do a walk-through and asking for feedback, and I did the same so I could learn about my house from their vantage point of cleaning experience. There is a nice quality of openness about the Q & A. After the initial deep clean, she followed up and helped tweak the timing of the monthly cleans and payments for everything to fit our schedule. I could truly see that she is skilled at developing her business relationships and creating client satisfaction with a dose of personal warmth. I was impressed and did not feel like just another case number. In spite of being very busy, she took the time to fully address any concerns I might have.
I am not sure I can say enough about the clean house they left behind. The extra support is just a wonderful thing, and my floors and walls just sparkle. The bathrooms are super clean, and the smell of clean throughout the house is just great. I am a certain age now causing the cleaning tasks to be harder than they used to be! I am really looking forward to getting the monthly clean! I highly recommend the ACS for anyone looking for a quality job, hassle free, with an honest company that delivers.

This was our first time using a house cleaning service and the experience exceeded our expectations!! Best investment we’ve ever made. We asked ACS to deep clean our 1,500 sqft rented home as it had not been properly cleaned before we moved in. Now living here with 3 cats, we needed professional help to get things back on track. The team did a phenomenal job.

Sherrie and Latodda were so friendly and professional. They arrived promptly within the time window. It was evident that they’re highly experienced in planning and executing the most efficient clean from room to room. They asked us relevant questions, made a game plan, and got to work cleaning high to low with outstanding attention to detail. They treated the items in my home with great care as if they were their own. They were so thorough, careful, and considerate throughout the entire clean. Cannot thank them enough!!

While booking, I was asked about areas I’d like the team to focus on since this was a deep clean - I had noted our kitchen (+ inside cabinetry) as well as the bathroom - and these areas were absolutely given top propriety, no surface left untouched. Previous tenants had left grime/residue on the kitchen cabinetry and hardware that we couldn’t scrub off ourselves. The team took special care to scrub the cabinetry and now it looks virtually brand new. I am overjoyed!!!

Jenn, who booked us, stopped by to lend a hand and check up on everything. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process; booking and payment were easy. The estimate we received was thorough and accurate. Everyone worked so well in sync and seemed to get along very well which I believe speaks to the company culture, positive environment, and standards of excellence at ACS. They were all a pleasure to have in our home.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with ACS!!! If your home is in need of a deep clean, or any level of clean, by people who will treat you and everything you own with care, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!

Atlanta Cleaning Source exceeds every expectation. We hired the team to do a post-construction clean for a new house and a move-out clean of the old house.
