Jenn and her crew showed up on time and never stopped. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms looked great. They were very professional. I highly recommend.

We have used Atlanta Cleaning Source for our Airbnb and have been very pleased. I contacted a number of cleaning services and either they were faceless companies that had no actual physical address here in Atlanta where you could speak with a human to set up a cleaning or they were too small of a company (we were out of town and didn’t want to chance a no-show). Atlanta Cleaning Source is a true local company with a great staff. Jenn has been excellent and quick to respond, her employees have been great and they always did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them:)

I am absolutely over the moon with the service I received from Atlanta Cleaning Source. They did an initial deep clean for me.

Please note, I had a different “company” come out and charge us $200 for a “deep clean” in December. They didn’t even vacuum my house.. they didn’t do much of anything. Then they said they were going to come back out they no-showed me. Twice.

SO based on multiple referrals from friends, I reached out to Atlanta Cleaning Source. Jenn was so amazing and accommodating, she explained everything to me so well and got the team out as soon as they were available. My team was Danielle, Menisa and Tiffany. They were AMAZING. Far exceeded my expectations, so kind and sweet, personable, and it wasn’t awkward at all being home and working on my computer while they cleaned.

I absolutely recommend this company to anybody and everybody! 10/10.

From the moment I first contacted Atlanta Cleaning Source, requesting a cleaning, Jenn was the ultimate professional.
She returned my email inquiry-by phone-within an hour. Then she proceeded to explained, in detail how everything would work.
I set up a cleaning appointment--then later needed to postpone it by a week. Again, Jenn was very professional, making it so easy to make the switch.
A day or two before the scheduled cleaning, I got reminders-which was very helpful.
Then, the day of the cleaning, the crew was on time--and showed up, (again-looking professional), and ready to work.
They went to it, and finished the job far earlier than I expected. (Yet did an amazing job).
I was not yet living in the property, (it was a post-construction cleanup), so I asked the crew to give me a 30 minute head's up-when they were almost finished, so I'd have plenty of time to drive back over and check out their work. Which they did. So it all worked out beautifully.

Great customer service and team 3 did an amazing job on the move-in clean of my new house. They were extremely thorough and very well priced, especially compared to other cleaning services in the area (I checked). They even swept the spiders out of my garage because I was too scared to do it! I’d highly recommend using this company if you want a trustworthy cleaning service.

I needed a thorough clean in my home before the holiday. With no time to do it myself I called Atlanta Cleaning Source. They were super professional and efficient with scheduling my service and discussing details on procedures and pricing. The service was top notch. The team arrived on time. They were friendly and did an outstanding job. And the price was right. My home looked great for my holiday guests! I will call them again.

Jennifer and her team at Atlanta Cleaning Source are fantastic. They took care of our home for a couple of years and we only stopped service because we moved out of state! Great communication, thorough cleans, and friendly crews. Management checks in often after a clean to make sure everything went well. They were able to get us in on short notice for a move out clean (which was impeccable) & we're so appreciative. Can't recommend them enough!

Had such a great experience. I had to schedule and reschedule a couple times due to some issues with a tenant, and they were awesome at accommodating each time. When the workers got there to clean, they were on time, thorough and worked efficiently. I was truly pleased with the work that was done. They also needed to stay an extra hour to finish the job, but instead of charging me for it, the team-lead reached out to confirm it was okay first. I definitely appreciate the customer-oriented approach. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I had a full day deep cleaning done and it was a great experience. The walkthrough before the cleaning was very thorough and Jenn is so easy to work with. On cleaning day the team were super friendly and easy to work with and the house looked fantastic when I got home. I'm planning to use them for all future cleaning.

The team at Atlanta Cleaning Source did a great job on our home! We needed a deep clean before getting back on a routine cleaning schedule, and Sherrie and Diwanneka did a great job. Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent and everyone was very respectful and professional and kind! Jennifer even stopped by to make sure everything looked great at the end. !!!BEWARE!!! More to my review!! 12.9.24 - the owner called me today and told me that I lied about our conversation the day before Thanksgiving when she called me to apologize for her crew's work and that it was unfair to ask for a refund since her crew spent 5 hours at my house, even though they did a terrible job.I never asked Jennifer for a full refund, I asked for the $346 that was charged without my approval or authorization to be refunded due to the quality of the service and the fact I had to get other people to come clean after her people.

She said I lied about having to get someone else to come clean after her crew, and that I lied about asking her to hold off until after Thanksgiving to find a resolution. Not only did they do a terrible job, the owner called to press me about the refund and removing this review, and called me a liar!! Today's call was recorded so I can't be called a liar again.

She also had her office manager, Danielle Standifer write a 5 star review that is likely not real, considering her review is exactly the service and house details that I submitted with my intake and the review popped up days after my review. BEWARE of the positive reviews, this is my ACTUAL recent experience.

I had high hopes based on all the positive reviews for Atlanta Cleaning Source, we’ve had issues with other cleaning companies and thought we had found a solution.

On our intake we specifically asked for a deep clean and when the crew arrived we communicated specifically what we needed done. A deep clean including baseboards, around the switch panels, etc.

When the crew was “finished” none of the base boards or switch panels were cleaned, our upstairs floor and bathroom were not mopped, my wife’s office was not vacuumed, the soap dispensers in the shower were not even moved to be cleaned, the dining room table was not even wiped and on top of that, our oil and vinegar dispenser was broken in the kitchen (which they did tell us via email).

Because the job was done so poorly, we had to pay for another company to come clean again since their team did not do what we asked, and this was a lot of stress and money spent try to fix during the holidays.

I provided feedback to the company, and the owner Jennifer called me the day before Thanksgiving and apologized for the poor cleaning and explained that it was something that she had to speak to her entire company about as she’s been getting this feedback lately.

When we spoke, she asked what I wanted done to make it right, I asked her to please hold off on a resolution until after the holidays as I was out doing Thanksgiving errands that day.

When I got home later that evening I realized that after my phone call with the owner, they billed my card immediately for the amount on the invoice that I did not get to see or approve.

They charged me $346 on top of the $100 deposit I had already paid, (total $446!) after the owner had just got off the phone telling me how sorry she was for their poor job.

The fact that the owner thought it was ok to charge the full amount without my permission and without any kind of price break given the circumstances is very poor business ethics.

Instead she offered me $100 off for me to hire her again, which of course I will not be doing and hope others see this and know what to expect when they have your card on file and can charge without your approval, regardless of how bad the cleaning is.

Would definitely find another cleaning company if you are considering them.

Jenn’s cleaning crews are very reliable and do a great job. If there are ever issues, she’s right on top of it. I’ve been pleased with their work for the last two years.
