We had to call the county twice because of Pam. The first time the natural gas had exceeded the explosive limit and was extremely dangerous. The second time we were told that our water heater was incorrectly installed in several different ways. We had another plumber come out who is recommended by a community member and he said that it was not up to code and posed a dangerous risk to our family. I would warn everyone against this business.

We had a weekend emergency and Pam the Plumber far exceeded my expectations!

Our old hot water heater burst Sat night and flooded our finished basement. After wet vacuuming all night, I called Pam Sunday morning...half expecting a call back monday...but she answered and helped me through the entire process.

...she also gave me great price! I know because I had been researching them for a while...just wish I hadn't waited.

First, safety check... She reminded me to turn off the tank and the gas line (obvious when you think about it, but not something you always think about in the middle of the night while standing in water)

Second, she called a water remediation company for me (they arrived in less than 1 hour). She explained the insurance claim process, but when I told her I probably wouldn't make a claim (unless it's really expensive) she notified them so that they would give us the self-pay rate.

Third, she sent in one of her plumbers (arrived in about an 45 min) to disconnect the tank and seal the line because even though the tank was empty, water keep dripping in from the pipes through out the rest of the house (cold water bleeds into the hot water pipes through the shower faucets when there is no pressure).

Monday morning, when the supply house opened, they picked up our new tank and we had hot water that evening!

I can't stress enough how nice it was to not have to spend all morning looking for a plumber who will answer the phone on the weekend and send someone right away. Plus I didn't have to waste time reading reviews on water remediation companies, calling for quotes, etc...I could focus on moving furniture, etc.

On top of all of that, she is very pleasant to work with and she really knows her stuff (she'll talk you through the evolution of a particular brand of tank if you ask)...and she really cares about doing the right thing (as you can see above).

Stop looking... You've found your plumber!

Thank God for Pam the plumber! She and her company repaired my sprinkler system years ago for a much better price than anybody. Not only were they responsive fast and nice but they were accurate. Because I used a success in the past many many years ago when we had our water leak and a high water bill I called her to come. She’s brilliant a master plumber a great person has awesome staff and is reliable plus reasonable. Reasonable not only did she give me the best bid of anybody but also they did the work immediately with smiles. The two men who come out before came out this time. Do you know when people work for someone for many many many years he must be a great person. She is! If you want the best don’t call the rest! I’m very picky and I assure you you won’t get a better plumber with a better deal anywhere. If you screw up and pick somebody else to keep this number handy because you’re gonna need it to call her to repair what they screwed up!

This work was done a while back and with the freezing temperatures, made me think about the excellent service I received.

It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.

Their team provided excellent help with our plumbing issue. The kitchen sink pipe had a slow leak underneath. They tightened the connection and replaced a worn washer. The repair solved the problem.

The crew repaired a faulty flush system that was not working properly. It now operates smoothly every time.

Weak bathroom water pressure was restored by their technician who cleaned the lines replaced worn valves and tested multiple taps to ensure even strong flow

What stood out first was how clearly they explained things. I had a slow bathroom drain that kept backing up. Once I called, they cleared the blockage and cleaned up everything before leaving

The toilet flush had become very weak. The plumber adjusted the system. Performance improved immediately. Works like it should.

After a particularly heavy rain, water started backing up into the basement drain, which was alarming. This service sent their crew immediately, cleared the obstruction and explained how to prevent debris from clogging it in the future. Their quick response saved me a lot of stress.

The kitchen faucet spray head stopped switching modes. This service replaced the internal diverter. Their plumber tested water flow thoroughly. The sprayer works like new.

A failing pressure valve caused loud banging in the pipes, but their technicians fixed it properly. I reached out once the noise became constant. The tech replaced the faulty valve. The plumbing system is now quiet.

A water supply line was vibrating loudly. Their specialists secured and insulated it properly. The noise is completely gone. Great attention to detail.

Water pressure at the bathroom sink dropped slowly over time and became inconvenient. The technician checked the supply line and found mineral buildup restricting flow. After clearing the line and testing pressure, the faucet returned to normal operation. Everything was checked carefully before leaving. I would be comfortable using this service again.

Quick thinking from their crew when a pipe under the bathroom sink burst unexpectedly. Water spread quickly across the floor. They shut off the supply and replaced the pipe fast. The situation was handled very well.
