I would like to thank the Serve Pro employees for their prompt attention and excellent service. After an unfortunate fire at school, contained to one area, this team was able to send in a large crew of workers to work late ensuring that our school was ready to open for students and staff the very next morning! Each classroom had an air purifier and the hallway had purifiers about 15 feet apart from each other. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and tile floors and wiping down all the desks. I believe there was little to no smoke smell in the hallways as a direct result of Serve Pro’s prompt professionalism and hard work. Thank you for such an immediate result! Keep up the good work! Emily and Makenzie went above and beyond. They took impeccable care of our families items after the fire. They communicated daily with updates, questions, ETA’s, and when they were leaving for lunch or for the day. Our family felt very comfortable with Emily and Makenzie in our home. After flooding in our home, we reached out to Servpro. The initial team that did restoration were wonderful then it all went downhill. The team that did the repairs were awful. We had non stop issues and I would never use or recommend to anyone. Sloppy work that never got fixed, I didn’t trust them after 3 tries, damaged new fixtures in the house. Left trash everywhere including beer bottles. And at the end they tried to charge for repairs that were never even done. I would encourage everyone to look at the line item charges and compare with other companies. They charge way too much and do a terrible job. Use another company or hire contractors that know what they are doing.

I had a great experience with Tina, Marika, Maddie. Tina was so great at communicating and shushing around my needs. Smoke damage was something I’ve never experienced and it’s been a very complicated frustrating journey since the fire, but they made the cleaning part so easy and I’m so happy we decided to go with ServPro on this project. Thankful for Jay, Jonathan, and Andrew. Our fridge had a water leak and they took immediate action to make sure our home was cared for. They came to check on the drying process everyday. Very kind and considerate and helped make sure everything was dry after our fridge leaked. They also called each time with a courtesy call and arrived at our home promptly.
