Living in a gated house I specifically asked do not walk into the property if we do not have an appointment and could be present. The agent agreed to it on the phone, then day after allegedly walked in 2 hours before the set up appointment resulting the internet box ripped off the wall as he also opened the patio gate and sticked his estimate into the front door where he never even supposed to be close to. We asked him do not do his walk though when we saw him first in the yard, he agreed to leave, and despite he finished his estimate and came into the patio area.
This is disrespectful and not acceptable. And all this happened before we even hired them. I only can imagine how they would behave after. I will never recommend this company.I'm disappointed as I called them because of their 5 stars rating which made my expectations very different

This is one of the best small businesses in Atlanta. They cleaned our windows last year and again this week. I've already scheduled them for next year. They are super efficient, no fuss or muss, and my windows and screens are sparkly clean. I have no idea what other people charge but this crew is worth every penny I paid.
