Team 2 - Both Brittany and Shanice did an outstanding job!! I actually was here and observed both ladies going the extra mile. I was VERY pleased

Do NOT use this company. They overcharge and I couldn’t even tell someone came to clean after they left. I also found out after calling to request a refund and their phone line was dead for three days was that they went bankrupt and new owners were coming in. BecUse if the new owners, they said they could not issue a refund and I’d have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I had an AMAZING experience with this service. I had Yugunda & Kendra! They were professional and on time and did a thorough job. I’ll be using the service again and particularly them.

Team 1 has been wonderful. They've done my place now for months and I've never had a problem with the work that they do. Always impressed and worth using the service. Makes life much easier!!!

I made a request for someone to call me last week about an. Estimate, now I get an email that they are coming 9/7? No call back, no response to an email. I’ve tried multiple times to call and have left voice mails. Not sure how you book an appointment with no communication to the customer. Will not EVER recommend

no excuse - it was drilled over and over and over that what they was hired to clean it was a AirBNB - mistake number 1 showing up 15 minutes before checkin - mistake number 2 not cleaning the areas as promised - AirBNB guest stated it was a POOR JOB (his exact words) - I'm disgusted because my reviews and repeat bookings depends on the cleanliness of the property! I had to offer 2 days free to excuse the poor job of cleaning! Just embarrassing that I choose a well known company over a craigslist ad expecting them to deliver and they failed !!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

Team 1 is AWESOME. They come in and know exactly what I need done. They always go the extra mile. They leave me notes and what they did and what they want to do next time to make my home more elegant. I am so grateful for their amazing work.

I used them last week for my apartment move out. I feel for the move out price of $225/hr the clean was not worth the value AT ALL. It was also very hard to get a hold of this business to book and follow up with my complaints. Don’t recommended

Daisha and Alex were thorough, efficient, and very dedicated to making each room in my house clean. I plan to request them every week. The house was sparkling clean after they worked their magic.

V dissatisfied with this service and with customer service when I called to explain my dissatisfaction.
Premium price, substandard service

Arrived 45 mins late
Stayed less than agreed 2 hours
Charged more than agreed $175 per hour ($370)
Many surfaces were not cleaned at all (coffee rings on table, hand marks on side tables, milk stains (baby) on floors, side boards not done, stove top still dirty, sink drain holes still had toothpaste on the rim)
When I Called to explain, I was interrupted and cut off and offered initially 20, then 25% off next clean....I won’t be having a next clean.
I Was told I could have had a free clean if called within 24 hours- I don’t see why that makes a difference, service was done on Friday and I called Tuesday morning, nor was I aware of this rule in order to comply with it in the first place.

We have been with Molly Maid of Buckhead for 15 years. The specific team members come and go, but I wanted to thank teams #2 & #3 for providing such excellent service over the past two cleans! Well done!!
