My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air early morning on a hot Saturday. Marcus was quick to respond to my voicemail and Chris was out to visit my condo building only a few hours later. Chris quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He had the issue resolved within one hour. Thank you very much for the quick service on a weekend!

Years ago I had some interactions with the owner and an employee and they were toxic. So this is for them.

Good experience with Chris and with GB Services overall at the end of 2022. They were prompt with the estimate and the service. Our HVAC replacement wasn't an easy job as they ran into a couple of bad surprises along the way, and the team patiently worked through them. The new unit ended up being slightly bigger than the doorway, and they had to remove a piece of the frame. I'll admit the end result left a couple of scratches in places, but considering the issue and effort I'm pleased with the result. It was a long, frustrating day for Chris and team, I know. I appreciate how hard they worked and their commitment to getting it done that day. The price seemed reasonable, and we'll work with them again for future needs.

Chris came out and was very thorough! We have an old unit and something was not working correctly. After the diagnostic test he found there was a blockage. After a little investigation he found the problem and our old unit is working great. He gave us some helpful advice. I highly recommend GB services. Second time I have used them!

I've been with GB Services for 10yrs or better, and they have always treated me honestly and fairly even if it was bad news..... Never have they over sold or, in contrast, under sold. It's always been what I needed for the situation to accommodate my goal of either keeping a unit running or replacing the unit with something more modern or efficient.

Marcus was very professional and answered all my questions until everything was clear to me. There was a mishap with the first scheduled visit and Marcus was very responsive and squeezed me the next day in since I couldn't accept any other day/time. He was very helpful and courteous.
The technician who came to the condo unit, Christopher, was great. He called in advance, arrived on time, was extremely thorough and was very tidy. Christopher explained everything that was a necessary fix versus what he was recommending to do and why. He was very clear which things were working well and didn't need to be changed out, but what the benefit was in doing so now versus later. He was extremely helpful.

Kudos to Chris and Alex who performed the job. They were familiar with the complexities involved (condo with system in outdoor closet with WH). Job was performed timely as stated. Christopher came by friendly and prepared. Our Cat warmed right up to him and cried at the door for 2 hours after he left. Christopher is so helpful and kind. I have been using GB Services exclusively for years now, and they are by far the best I've hired in 35 years. I have two systems: a typical central unit/furnace for the house, and a split ductless unit for my home office. No one knew that the ductless unit, installed by the previous HVAC company, had a faulty mainboard in the compressor unit. One day it fried itself (see photo), but I didn't know this yet. I called GB and described how the inside unit behaved when it failed and he immediately -- and correctly -- guessed exactly what went wrong, even though he didn't know the details. He arrived with the upgraded mainboard already in hand. He opened the unit and there it was: an electronic component burned black. His correct guess saved me hours of overheated grief while someone would have had to have made an additional trip to purchase the part. I'll never go anywhere else.

GB Services responded to my desperate situation due to a faulty installation by another provider. I am immensely grateful.

Troy NEVER fails! I’ve used the company a few times and I’m always extremely satisfied. They’re always professional, on time, and reasonably priced.

Overall an incredible experience working with a truly local company / small business. Technicians Troy and Alex did a great job fixing my system and explaining everything clearly to me. They were super professional and polite and diagnosed my issue quickly and efficiently. Another great aspect of this was being able to call the office and speak to someone local (Marcus) who knew a lot about HVAC and was always on point keeping me updated about order status. Despite being in the middle of a heat wave, they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and keep me cool.

One of the mega companies (won’t name which one) told me I needed to replace my entire system, which I couldn’t afford. So I called GB Services based on a neighbors recommendation and they were able to fix my system for a fraction of the price

After dealing with another company and having constant issues with my unit, I called GB. They came out and fixed EVERYTHING on the first visit. Adam was a true professional and does honest work with a high level of integrity. I liked them so much, I hired them to do my second home.

The GB Services technician arrived on time and checked both units and thermostats and changed the filters. He was able to access the attic unit just fine and put the attic fold-down stairs back with no problem.
