When my air conditioner stopped working, Dan Goss responded quickly to my plea for help. (He had fixed my furnace 18 months earlier). Dan offered to work on Memorial Day and I was very pleased with the quality of service and reasonable price. Dan fixed the capacitor, did diagnostics to determine I needed more refrigerant and installed a new thermostat. He explained everything and made suggestions for making my unit run more efficiently. At no time did he try to “up-sell” me on anything, which I really appreciated. Dan is also pleasant company! I heartily recommend Comfortman for all air conditioning and heating issues.

Dan is fantastic! We bought a new AC from him back in ‘19, we got 3 quotes & Dan came in the middle. He comes annually to service & in ‘23 had to come out twice, once for an unrelated ac project and tonight to replace the capacitor. Parts were covered under warranty, & he was in & out in less than 20 minutes, probably less if we hadn’t stopped to talk about dogs. If you want cheap, Dan is probably not the one. If you want a local small business who provides great service with a fair and reasonable price, Dan is definitely the one to call.

Excellent service! Dan came out on a Saturday and fixed our AC. He was very knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. Strongly recommend.

I highly recommend Dan for all your HVAC needs. We have been using him for years and we trust him implicitly - his diagnostic skills are excellent and he always takes the time to explain things to our satisfaction. He is reasonably priced, able to accommodate emergencies on short notice, and just a pleasant person to have working around your house. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Dan was game to tackle an issue we were having with our dryer vent. Really appreciated his help - this is the second time we have called on Dan and we won’t hesitate to do so in the future.

I called Dan on a Monday about moving an air duct and supply vent. Not only was he able to do the job same week, but he was thorough, fair and transparent in cost, and did really great work. 10/10 can’t recommend him enough!

Have used Comfortman/Dan for a second time now and can't recommend highly enough. This time of course my emergency came right at the worst time when everyone in town was calling. I was happy to wait a couple of days for him rather than call around for first available because I knew he would be up front and clear with my options, and not take advantage of total HVAC ignorance. Very happy that I did. He genuinely seems to care about the customer, and educating them, and this is who I will continue to trust.

Dan is absolutely amazing! We had our AC unit fail, called and came out the next day! Had it fixed within 20 minutes! Highly recommend him and this company!

My air went out on Saturday before Memorial Day. I couldn’t get home again until Memorial Day. I called at 9:30am on Memorial Day, and Sam responded by sending Bill to my house no later than 12:30pm. My air was up and running again by 1:30!

I recently used Sam and his team for the first time on a big HVAC installation for a 100 year old house. Sam was fantastic. He had great suggestions and helped me design what was needed. His crew did a very clean and thoughtful installation. Then, after he was finished, the outside air conditioning unit was making a lot of noise for a new unit. Sam came back, found out it was a fault compressor, replaced and fixed everything under warranty at no cost to me, and now it's so quiet I can't even tell when it's on. The reason I tell you this story is because this is how you know you have hired a great company with integrity. When things go wrong, they come out and fix it on a timely basis. I highly recommend Air Systems Control. They're honest, stand behind their work, and really want to develop a relationship. They get it.
