The entire "Clout" team did an excellent job in replacing my entire HVAC system. They also replaced my entire attic duct system which definitely helped with the air flow throughout my residence.

Chris was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and rectify the issues. He also suggested alternative units that would be a lot cheaper to maintain. Cloud team overall was quick to respond, schedule and take care of the issue from time of call to time of resolution. They informed me of the Chris's ETA and it was able to track his arrival and be ready. Great experience overall.

Replaced coils and drain pan of my Lennox unit. Chris did a good job ensuring it worked as designed. Initially it was just the coils but he discovered a crack in my drain pan and he hustled to take care of that as well.

HVAC Chris was prompt, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable in his profession. He listened to our issues, troubleshot then fixed our issues with the HVAC. As a real estate professional, I have had experiences with several reputable HVAC companies throughout greater Atlanta. When it came time to replace the HVAC on my personal home, I conducted thorough interviews with several companies - ultimately selecting Clout because of what I believed was transparent and high quality work. They came out in June of 2023 to replace the entire HVAC system as well as full replacement of ductwork in my attic. Since that job, there have been various cooling and heating issues. The latest being lack of heat throughout my entire home during the last few extremely cold weeks. As part of the 2-year service warranty I called Clout to come repair, only to find out that the company was sold and they would not honor any previous contracts. I understand this as a method to protect new business owners, but the failure to properly notify paying customers of such drastic changes is an irresponsible as a new owner. After several visits from the Clout technician, it was discovered that the installers failed to complete their portion of the contract and left me with failing ductwork and ultimately a bigger problem than I originally had. As you can see in the photos, they did not give me all new ductwork like I paid for, left loose live wires hanging as a potential fire hazard, and also left piles of trash that I myself had to clean up. I called the new owners to try to work through resolving the issue but they were rude nor helpful to trying to work together to fix the mistakes. I ultimately decided to get the opinions of other vendors to see how bad the damage was to the work that they did - most quotes to repair costing thousands of dollars. I gave Clout an opportunity to make it right but they refused to answer. As a real estate professional and based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend never using this company for any sort of installment or service in the future.

Clout Heating and Air has an amazing team that truly understands the importance of GREAT customer service. Chris is the best—he kept his word and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. Zerah was hilarious and incredibly patient with me, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell this company genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Clout is truly the best!

Very good service & excellent. Price are good. I like this store.

In from out of town. Working on a project for family. Had what I needed, friendly, helpful, and no nonsense.

They were short staffed but got me out as fast as they could. Posted pics to show that they are at the end of the building.

Kyle and Devon were lifesavers they went above and beyond helping us get the supplies we needed to complete our job.

Went in for some help. JEFF was spot on willing to help and took care of us quickly. Thanks for being open around this very cold Christmas!

The Best beauty supply store

I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend this supply company for the general public. I called and asked for a certain part, was told that it was in stock and was given a price ($9 or $10), and drove all the way there to pick it up. When I arrive, I find the part myself in the store, go up to the counter, and ask a question about it and my HVAC unit, and immediately get a condescending reaction from the clerk to the effect that he can't tell me anything about the products. When I ask to pay for the item, the clerk asks "Are you a homeowner?" And I say "Yes, and when I called in it sounded like the part was $9 or $10." The clerk then proceeds to condescendingly tell me "Oh, that's the contractor price. I will have to charge you $22 for this for a homeowner." When he saw that I did not seem pleased with the fact that the price more than doubled, he said "We're the only supply house in Atlanta that will sell directly to the public." I told him "This part is available at Home Depot for $9 and is just not in stock, but I need to install it today." I could not help but feel cheated that the price arbitrarily doubled. I wish I could charge my business's customers more than double for arbitrary reasons. And, like I said, Home Depot had the exact same item for less than half the price, so obviously this is not the only place to purchase HVAC supplies. If you are a homeowner, I would suggest avoiding this place unless you want to be cheated and talked down to. The good news is that I got my HVAC system running by myself, faster than any professional would have done it, and all the professionals who did come out to my house just wanted to sell me an entirely HVAC system for $7k+

I'm in infrequent but regular contractor I also takes care of maintenance at my church These people have the patience to suffer my incessant questioning to make sure I get the right stuff. Therefore I do not talk him a star since they used to have popcorn and hot dogs. I do miss the popcorn and I think they used to have hot dogs it's a tough loss. Great place though. Nice folks . I think Ed is or was a great guy .

Can't give enough stars for the excellent service and hospitality received from this establishment. Immediately greeted as I was coming through the doors. Jeff (hopefully, I'm recalling correctly) possessed the knowledge to help me solve a slightly complex issue. And of course, they had the part in stock! Bonus!

I returned to my HVAC unit. Installed the part. And guess what? It worked like a charm!
