Clout Home Services did a wonderful job at my home. The were quick to respond and quick to find a solution to my A/C problem. The team that came to my home to install my new A/C units was professional, prompt, and did a great job with the project. Preston did a great job communicating with me about the project and managed it well. I’ve already recommended Clout to several friends.

Great company. I really like all the technicians I have encountered. Very professional. They did a complete install for me and I’m very pleased with that decision.
And, there are also some scheduling issues and the filters for my particular unit never seem to be in stock. It takes a while to get proper filter.

Have been using Clout Heating & Air ever since we bought our home in 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say. They are always very responsive and very helpful. They have my best interest in mind and I never feel as though they are being anything but genuine when servicing my system.

We had Wadi come out to check the furnace as after our home inspection, the inspector messed something up and it wasn't working properly and he was able to diagnose what the issue was and fixed it very quickly.

Their pricing is also very fair and competitive and I'd recommend this company over anyone else in the market.

Chase was great! He called ahead of time and was even early. He checked the furnace and the HVAC quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional! I was able to make this appointment yesterday and the customer service rep that I spoke with was also extremely friendly and efficient. All in all, a great service and extremely affordable.

Chris came in with a great attitude and resolved issues with my outdoor unit. He ran multiple diagnostics to get to the bottom of the problem and showed empathy towards my situation as I was without ac for a week. The service was excellent and I highly recommend Chris and Clout HVAC.

Clout Heating and Air was amazing! Preston got me scheduled as quickly as he could. Paul sent me the window of arrival 8am-10am, and they were here and working by about 8:30am! I was very happy with the friendliness and thoroughness of Brad, Hector, Dennis and Joe. They were respectful of my space, friendly, and even cleaned up thoroughly when they finished the job! The install was flawless, and I am now in my condo with cool air just in time for the weather to hit that 90 degree mark! I highly recommend Clout!

I replaced my very old centralHVAC system with a new central heat pump system. So far it has been great.

Clout service guys (Tony) came to my condo and installed a new Ecobee3 thermostat and capacitor for the HVAC unit. The Clout guys were clean and efficient and they took the time to explain what they did and why. They made sure I knew how to operate the new system before they left. I was very pleased with their work.

Clout Heating & Air technician Chris Lulu came out to diagnose and repair 2 air condition units at my business location . Chris was so professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in great detail. I appreciate him for taking his time to ensure he covered everything. He fixed each issue very quickly! Also, he gave me some great advice. Extremely poor customer service and on the verge of being dishonest. I had my new heating system installed in Jan 2023 and had agreement that included 2 Years of free maintenance and 12 years of warranty on labour. When I called to schedule my annual maintenance, I was told that the company was bought out and the new owner is unwilling to honor the agreement that was agreed upon with the previous management. They want to charge an additional $240 to start a new agreement for annual maintenance, it's not the customers fault the company changed hands but the new owners should have done some due diligence before the purchase of the business on existing contracts and honored them as part of being a better business and provid good customer service. I am going to report this to BBB and will never use or recommend their services to anyone.

Clout’s is wonderful. I received a reminder about my appointment a few days in advance and a call 30 minutes before arrival. My technician, Zach, came on time and was very professional and courteous. He performed the maintenance on each unit and explained everything to me. I received a complete review of what he did by email so I could print it if I wanted. I am completely satisfied with the service from Clout’s and highly recommend this company.

Listening to the guys from Clout talk over the job during my initial consultation, I knew they heard my concerns about air flow in various parts of my house and were working through options for how to improve things. They gave me the best rate of the quotes I gathered, and 0% financing. They got me scheduled and were able to complete the job of replacing all my ducts within about 6 hours. I am SO looking forward to having cleaner air, improved heating/cooling, and peace of mind that my air system is now working more efficiently. I definitely recommend this business!

Clout did a great job in communicating the appointment time even when it changed to a later time. The technician Delroy was consummate professional and even cleaned our compressors while we waited to make sure the repair was going to work. Great guy!

The price and quality of the initial installation was fantastic. Also, they are very attentive on the service side. Brad was at our house yesterday and did a great job fine tuning the system. And, to make matters even more impressive, Brad smelled natural gas outside of our house and was able to help us diagnose and fix a check valve crack. I definitely recommend this group of folks.

Fantastic experience with Clout. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. While inspecting my furnace, he caught a major flaw in my vent pipes which could of lead to carbon monoxide escaping into our home’s indoor air. He promptly fixed the issue. This literally could have saved my life.
