Chris demonstrated an in depth knowledge of both my HVAC system as well as the industry he operated in. It was obvious that I had a trustworthy partner for my furnace replacement. Chris, Delroy and the team knocked the repair out flawlessly. They even found other minor issues on my system and proposed reasonable solutions to address them. I was never pressured or manipulated.

This is how home services should be. I applaud the team here.

Brad Fisher was the technician that arrived to my home for the servicing of my HVAC units. Brad was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Very willing to answer all my questions. I don’t leave reviews however, the decision to use Clout was based off of reviews I read online. I’ve always put my HVAC units on service contracts, the previous companies I’ve used on other homes, not even close to the service I received from Brad and Clout, one major difference, no upsell, first time ever. Well done folks!

Chris was AMAZING!!! We scheduled a coil cleaning and Chris came out and performed a lite cleaning. Chris however informed us that cleaning the coils really wasn’t necessary and refused to charge us. He did observe that the air handler needed a new capacitor and replaced that while he was here. Chris was and Clout have been honest and went out of there way (came to our home even though it isn’t in their service area) to help us. We couldn’t recommend them enough! Five + Stars!!!

My service technician Zach was amazing. He was polite and professional in all interactions. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why it was being done. Often times technicians come and just do things and then hand you a bill. Zach was courteous and knowledgeable about the unit and incredibly efficient. Thanks Clout and Thank You Zach.

Clout came to diagnose my HVAC and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. The tech said the office would send me a quote the next day. However, after a week I finally gave up and had another company do the repair. I called daily and was told each time that my quote was being escalated to the manager but never received a call or email. As other reviews have mentioned, responsiveness and follow up are a big concern.

Unfortunately I’m having to update and change my initial review from 4 to 2 stars… we thought our issue was resolved but it came back the same day. I have tried contacting for the last 2.5 days to get someone out again but continue to receive the same message of the “dispatcher will contact you to schedule”. This is incredibly frustrating since one of our floors is without any AC in this summer heat and I would’ve hoped since the original issue wasn’t fixed they would be quick to come back to resolve. It’s also frustrating that I talk to someone on the phone about the issue but can’t make an appointment immediately and am left at the mercy of whenever the dispatcher decides to call. Communication is not their strength sadly.

Overall very happy with the service we received from Clout! Delroy was my technician- he was very helpful, honest and provided a fair assessment of our unit. The only small negative was that I didn’t receive a call until the next day to schedule when I was told it would happen within same day of my inquiry call but they were at least able to come out quickly that day when I did receive their scheduling call.

7 companies provided me with pricing for replacing my ac/ heating unit. The best value was Clout. In comparing the other companies, it was easy to see that Clout had their facts correct about what I needed. Also no hidden costs. I have also had my units serviced by Clout. I trust their expertise and their personnel are very customer oriented

The service I received on the last visit was absolutely terrible. I never received an estimate to repair my system nor was I told what was wrong with it. This is after the second service call to fix the same problem I had initially. The attempt to fix it didn’t work the 1st time. Then an installation tech showed up unexpectedly after I’ve cancelled the appointment. He also did not give me a quote for installation. The service techs were very nice people but my problem was never fixed nor was a resolution given with any estimate. The worst is that I called requesting a second opinion which is listed on their website. I had No follow up or call back from customer service after an appointment was given and a NO SHOW. Then I was brushed off. The person answering the phone didn’t know the name of any tech managers or cs manager nor did she know phone number to main or corporate office. The worst customer service I ever received.

Hired them a year ago to install a new HVAC system. They seemed friendly and thorough, plus their prices were comparable with the other companies that provided quotes. After install, they had to come back multiple times to fix things that were missed on install day. Their excuse: "it was a hot day." My ceiling was also damaged, which they told me they would repair. The ceiling is still damaged, and they even called me two months ago to let me know they had hired a new contractor, and it would get done. I called today to schedule a service, which is included in the purchase of my system, and check on the status of my ceiling repair, and now my number is listed as "spam." As I said, they are friendly (Zach was always nice and competent), but I'd rather have accountability and reliability. Sucks it ended up like this.

We are very pleased with this company. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable.He arrived on time, and thoroughly examined the system. He explained to me what he had to do and the cost, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I will certainly use and recommend Zach and his company again.

Requested service for our AC at 7pm in the evening and Brad was there by 8 am the next morning! Bead was amazing with his communication and able to really explain what needed to happen next! he was able to get our system running until our next step could be taken! Great service all around, good communication, quick and to the point! will be recommending this company to MANY!

Clout Heating and Air provided nothing less than excellent service!!! They were very professional and everything went smooth and flawless when scheduling my appointment. We had a wonderful experience. They came out quickly to repair my father’s air conditioner. They were concerned and wanted to be sure that he was taken care of. They handled it quickly, professionally, and at a good price. Will definitely use them again

I recently noticed a mold/mildew smell coming from one of our floor vents and my wife and daughter were having allergic symptoms and so I called Clout to setup an initial appointment. They gave me a window between 12-5 for someone to come 2.5 days later for an air quality assessment. On the day they were supposed to come, it got to be 3:30 so I called to check on the status and see if the tech was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. I was told that the tech would reach out to me with an ETA. This did not happen. At around 5:10pm I called again and Clout told me "sorry, we think we will have to reschedule". I said okay, can we reschedule for the next day? I was again told that the scheduler would call me to setup an appointment and again I heard nothing. Here we are 4 days later and still no communication on if/when they will be able to come. I understand if you're busy or if you're having staffing issues, but the communication was about as poor as it could possibly be. Luckily another local HVAC company was able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, provide a proposal, and perform the work, all before Clout even found the time to call me back to setup an initial appointment. I'm still waiting on the call back. Would stay away from these folks as there are other local companies that are more prompt and provide much better communication.

Will, Brad, Zach and all the staff at Clout worked hard to take care of the involved details in installing our new HVAC heat pump unit (which is cooling very nicely and doing so whisper quiet compared to our old unit). Preston's maintenance visit a year later went smoothly. Preston gave clear explanations of what he was doing, along with helpful maintenance tips and was overall very kind and thoughtful.

Clout replaced my aging heat pump and installed a ductless unit in a bonus room that had poor air circulation. Clout was incredibly professional from my first interactions. They walked through my options, and let me know the pros and cons of each choice, before selecting an excellent technician. Zach and James were in my home twice to install the two different units. They were polite, efficient, and did incredible work. Cannot say enough about the craftsmanship and service of Clout. Great value, great work.

Clout is excellent! They were on time, professional and did exactly what they said at the price they quoted. After gathering many, many quotes from other local companies they definitely gave me the best deal. They are very responsive when I have a question. Absolutely, the best service I’ve ever had with a heating and air company. I’ll continue to use them for maintenance. I’ve already recommended them to several friends.
