Wow I can’t believe how dirty my ducts are, I was breathing all of that and thanks to F & C we now feel the quality. The crew was professional and efficient. Highly recommended

*** Beware *** When researching duct cleaning services and pricing, ask the contractor to specify which components will be cleaned as part of the service, such as the air ducts (the supply and return), coils, drains, registers, grills, etc. My expectation was that all of this would have been included in the service quoted. Wrong - The service is just for returns, and they get you on the hook for addons, upgrades, etc. I define this type of behavior as bait and switch and is unethical, since I'm not an expert. Shame on me for trusting them to do a "complete" job. They should have explained any additional costs, etc. before scheduling. Find another duct cleaning provider is my recommendation.

I used this company to clean my dryer vent. The rep. arrived on time, gave a 30 minute courtesy call before arrival, walked me through their process, and showed before and after pictures. Very informative and professional.

Be careful when order duct cleaning services as they will try and rip you off with hidden fees. Up front they tell you it's $99 for first 10 feet then $8 for every foot after that. If you have a long dryer vent like me, what they don't actually tell you is it's not how long your duct is measured is by it's outside width, but by how many of those flexible nylon rods they can jam in there. We actually measured the vent together and showed that it was 24'. (Maybe 30' ft top to account for any margin of error), but they claimed they shoved 45' feet of nylon into the vent (totaling $379). This was nearly double what my duct actually measures and we measured it together. I don't feel like I got double the services, especially, since all they really did was spend 15 minutes with a cordless drill and brush extension. If possible, ask them to quote you upfront to avoid surprises at the end.

Eddie is a treasure chest of knowledge! We were calling to get him to come here and give us an estimate for a possible duct replacement. He simply told us some things to try before we get him to come, and his tips improved the air flow of our air conditioning. We're thankful there are still honest businessmen out there who care. did a great job cleaning our furnace, air ducts, and dryer vent. They informed me of issues that needed to be addressed. It was nice to see photos of everything too. I would recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.

I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the team. They came right on time, cleaned by dryer vent, removed the animal that was inside and closed the open area from the outside. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

We had them in today and they were great. Arrived a bit early, phoned ahead, prompt, professional and proficient. Tony and Jay provided excellent service. They observed COVID protocols as well by wearing masks the whole time. I would definitely hire them again.

Jay and Eddie did an outstanding job and were very professional, courteous and really worked on a few difficult spots. They moved some rocking chairs and end tables in the living room and put foam squares under the pieces. I have used cheaper carpet cleaners in the past, but the carpets were not cleaned as good, and it was worth paying more today to use F & C Air Duct Cleaning - Chamblee Team Air Duct & Dryer vent Cleaning. I will use F & C Air Duct Cleaning - Chamblee Team Air Duct & Dryer vent Cleaning again in the future and will recommend F & C Air Duct Cleaning - Chamblee Team Air Duct & Dryer vent Cleaning to other friends.

This was my first time using F&C Air Duct Cleaning, but like everyone else here, I found their service to be outstanding. Ben and Walter arrived on time, took care not to damage or disturb anything in our house, did a thorough job and cleaned up completely. What more could you want? Love you guys....

Who knew you had to get your dryer and a/c vents cleaned!?!? I had no idea until a friend of mine almost had her house go on fire because of a dirty vent. I immediately looked for a professional to come to my house and was referred to F & C Air Duct Cleaning - Chamblee Team Air Duct & Dryer vent Cleaning. Eddie sat on the phone with me and explained everything I needed to know, the whole procedure and why it was important. The guys that came to my house in Doraville were really professional, nice and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was totally reasonable.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from F & C Air Duct Cleaning. Tony explained everything from start to finish and was a super nice person. If you want to hire a company that offers great service and respects their customers then F & C is the choice. Will definitely recommend and call again.

F & C Air Duct Cleaning - Chamblee Team Air Duct & Dryer vent Cleaning was awesome! Eddie who helped me coordinate the service was extremely flexible and worked around my challenging and changing schedule! In addition, his prices were very fair. Eddie came to our home and super nice! He also gave me some good advice to make sure my dryer stays working longer. He was also very prompt which was very helpful! All and all - great experience and service!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! They came out and half hooked up a machine to my duct for 30 minutes and charges me $600.

Edit - I did not use you 2 years in a row. That is a bold face lie. You came out and didn’t have the attachment to fit my vent so you used my kitchen chair to prop the machine against my vent. Your company is a joke and does not clean the vents. I have never done a dispute a day in my life until your company. Your company is a legit scam. Showed up to my house with a white van with no company name or anything. You bought a piece of equipment from Home Depot and then try and put off like a business. I will be contacting the state to make sure the “tech” that serviced me is licensed and that your company is legitimate. You have like 7 different phone numbers and most of them are “out of service” like I said SCAM

Complete bait and switch. Contacted and scheduled service for Air Duct cleaning in which I thought I was hiring F & C Air Duct cleaning and a completely different company by the name of Air Green Solution showed up and thought they were about to do the work in which they were turned away. To add wit, they showed up in a pickup truck with a shop vac. Would not recommend complete bait and switch tactic.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I should have read the reviews before using their services. If you are looking for a company to come out to your home and cause damage. This is the company for you!

In the process of cleaning my ducts and return, they damaged my return duct by disconnecting it from the return vent. Due to their negligence my AC kept running and would not cool my upstairs. I placed a HVAC service call because I assumed something was wrong with my AC. When the HVAC company came out, their finding were: the disconnected return vent was pulling all the hot air from the attic. When I reached out to FC they refused to take responsibility.

Their negligence resulted in $180 in AC service fees and extremely high utility bills. After making several attempts to resolve with FC I filed a charge back with my bank. FC emailed me claiming theft of service and threatening to file a police report if I did not withdraw my claim. My bank found in their favor claiming the work was done but I am $180 in service fees to reattach my duct and high electric bills.

In response to the owner response that I am unable to respond to. I contacted your office with the HVAC technician on site and was told that you would have someone out the next day. You never did, blocked my calls and made excuses.

While my vents and ducts are cleaner, the damage they caused and the indifference from management would have me not recommend them to you.

No pads or mats were placed down to protect my hardwood floors, and as a result, they were scratched in several places.

Additionally, the grille on the dryer exhaust was completely broken off, and a piece of the hood was shattered.

I was also disappointed that they did not have a vacuum cleaner, so attempts to clean up after themselves were done with the pole attachment on a shop vac.

When I called to report the damage, I spoke to their polite receptionist Tiffany, who offered a 10% refund but said their manager would not call me for another week because she was out of the office (and apparently there is no one else at that business with any authority to handle these issues).

I spent hundreds of dollars with this company only to find they do not care about quality of their sloppy work, and now I am left with the damages.

Update Dec 2023: had a great experience with Delroy this week. He made routine furnace maintenance easy and told me which filter needs to be replaced asap, and which could wait a few months. He arrived at the front end of the window they gave me and was finished in 30 minutes. Great experience.

These guys were top notch... they have big orange vans (Its nice to know it was them outside instead of a standard white van) and orange shoe covers to wear in the house. Joe was super knowledgeable. Once we signed it took 2 days before the new downstairs system was installed. They even installed an Ecobee thermostat that i can literally talk to! Guys cleaned up very good after the install and then Preston came by after and made sure everything looked good and I was happy. Nice to see people still care about service. Would recommend.
