Yesterday we had a tree getting ready to fall on the house because it was dead and cracked at the base, I called them and Mr. Robert got things situated and was here with in 30 minutes on a holiday weekend and had the tree on the ground and the house back safe. I would definitely recommend them for all your tree service needs very fast, reliable, and friendly

Robert and his crew did a great job removing eleven pine trees around our house. The work was done professionally and skillfully, and great care was taken to protect property and desirable plants. When the work was complete, they did a very thorough clean up. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

We had two dead pines over 70’ tall and we need these trees down quickly. They were here quickly to determine the need and urgency and came back the next day on time and right to work. They are serious about safety, good service and a great price for an emergency job.

Wanted to leave a review for an outstanding customer service experience. We have used Tree Works Unlimited several times over the last 15 years or so, always with excellent results at a fair price. We had an enormous 80 foot tall, 45 inch diameter tall white oak tree at the base of our front porch steps, about 5’ from the roof of our house (see photos). It was starting to show signs of decay and if this tree had fallen it could have taken out our entire house and us as well. My wife was very anxious the night before the removal but the crew quickly lessened her anxiety by their skill, professionalism, safety protocols, and kindness to each other during this difficult task. The climber was up in the tree cutting and lowering tree sized branches through a complex rope and pulley system for almost four hours if that gives you any sense of scale. There were six crew members at the base and they communicated to each other by radios in their safety helmets. It was amazing to watch them work and lower this monster tree to the ground, piece by piece. A round of applause and a big sigh of relief when all of the large branches and the climber was down.
There is a small dogwood tree just at the base of this tree and they couldn’t promise by tried hard and went out of their way to save it for us. Only one small branch was broken and the climber clipped it and shaped the tree for us on his way down.
The next day, they were back to finish cutting down the massive trunk, and hauling everything away, and cleaning up all debris. We were so relieved to have this potential house crusher removed we also had them remove several more potential problem trees while they were here. Once again, thank you Tree Works for an excellent job.

Can’t recommend Robert and the team at Tree Works Unlimited enough! From the get go, he has been nothing but professional and a joy to work with. I had him out for an estimate to remove a tree, but unfortunately gravity took care of the problem first at about 6pm on a Friday evening, taking some power lines with it. I called poor Robert in a panic with no idea what else to do. He and the team were out within the hour cleaning what they could while the power company took care of their end. They had to come back the next morning since it got dark, but overall it only took a few hours from the time the tree fell to Robert and crew making my yard look like nothing ever happened. Will be sending them to everyone I know!

This is a great crew of men! Robert is very knowledgeable on plants and trees and is ecologically and environmentally educated from every aspect of his business. They did a great job raising our back canopy and removing dead trees and limbs to make it a safer outdoor living space.

Robert and his guys were always on time, perfessional and they did what they said they would do. They got alot of work done in a short period of time without any damage to my structures, which is part of the reason I didn't cut the trees myself. Robert was able to climb the trees and also had a large bucket truck. He has everything he would ever need to do anything tree related. Great guy to work with.

I called Mr. Robert on yesterday evening for a tree that fell in my yard which I found upon my return from vacation. Mr. Robert schedule was free that evening and he came right over. He provided helpful feedback on the situation of the tree falling. In my case, the tree fell on my neighbor’s side and crossed over to my side. He was very familiar with Georgia law concerning the left and right limits of the tree removal when the tree is split between two properties. He gave a very reasonable price on the spot, not to mention he was very familiar with the tree type and vegetation surrounding the tree. Luckily, the company had availability the next day. The crew showed up on time with all safety equipment and even equipment to protect my grass seeing that they were using heavy trucks and a small tractor. The crew worked fast and did an amazing job with the clean up. There is no sign on my side that a tree was there (see pictures). The remaining trees in the picture after the clean up is on my neighbors’ side which he left as they were responsible for their cleanup. I am just so thankful for Mr. Robert and his crew. They are so professional and I can honestly say customer satisfaction is their top priority. They are also licensed and bonded. Trust me you will regret not using them.

Absolutely wonderful team of guys. They were on time, efficient, very careful and clean. They take safety seriously, were respectful to our property and did I mention CLEAN?! They cleaned as they went so that once they were done cutting up the trees, it was hard to tell they’d even been here, except the trees were gone. Tree Works has done work for us before and so it only made sense to call on them again.Thank you Robert and crew for another great job.
