They were 2 hours late to get an estimate and I had to go to work.
They were supposed to contact me later that day with a date to do the work and they never did.

These guys are very professional. They will be my first call for any tree work. Thanks Isreal for all the years of great service!!!!

Came by gave us an estimate— we agreed and he just evaded us. Don’t use this service— not professional at all - you will waste your time and energy waiting to hear back leave alone schedule the service—makes me think they do not have the staff and equipment to complete the promised task.

Israel and Luis ( and their employees are extremely professional and provide full service for a value. They took down a buch of trees and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. They started on time and finished a little later than they hoped but, it was because they went the extra mile taking care of stuff.

Isreal and Luis were great. The crew was also wonderful. They knew exactly what to do. ]the cleanup was great. Thank you again for a wonderful job.

They were there at the specified time, did a great job removing a downed tree from a previous storm and gave advice about other trees on the the property. I highly recommend them. Donna.

If you're unable to take any new customers then please communicate that to the customer. I've waited around multiple times but no show no call. This applies to getting an estimate and agreement to proceed with job. Not a great customer experience.

I called to set an appointment for a quote to do some service at my house on 10/14/20, set an appointment for 10/16/20 at 4:00pm. Moved my entire afternoon around to make sure I would be there. At 5:00pm they had not shown, called, or txt. So I called the number and the person answering said "they forgot about me". Wow how completely unprofessional!!! They lost any business of mine I'll go elsewhere.

Israel and Luis came out with their crew and did an outstanding job. I had 18 trees cut down they were very professional and even took their bobcat and cleaned my property. I highly recommend these guys.

Luis and his team removed 3 huge trees destroying my driveway with their roots. They also grinded 6 stumps in total in our front yard. We were blown away with how fast the whole project was done and appreciated that the team cleaned up the drive way and flower beds afterwards. Great price too!

With all of the recent rain, we had a couple of trees uproot and fall in our yard. Robert and his crew came out quickly and they did a wonderful job cleaning up our yard. I would highly advise using Douglas County Tree Service because they are far and away the most professional tree service company in the area.

The great crew over at Douglas County Tree Service came over to my home and were excellent. I had a tree that was dying near my home. They gave me a free quote (which I thought was awesome because some tree people won't do that). Their professionalism and courtesy were all I needed to see to know I would choose them. My second time calling this company, and all I can say is GREAT! Great timing, great work, great price. A bunch of “great” trees removed, too. Won’t be calling them again to this house, though... no more big trees :) Maybe, stump removal, but that’s another story. Absolutely call Luis or Israel if you need tree work done!

Fast and professional service.
Got a great quote, received date and time for service they were prompt and did a great job. To watch these guys work was amazing quick and efficient. We had some difficult trees to cut they were very proficient in removing them and without any damage.
We highly recommend these guys for tree removal.

These guys are amazing! I had extreme overgrowth in my back yard and it was full of poison sumac. They came and got the huge job done in about 3 hours. They cleaned up all of the little twigs and got the vines off my fence and everything. The price was great, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend them!
